| With the current sluggish world economic recovery,structural problems in the domestic economy and deep-seated contradictions,the double surplus of shipping shipbuilding capacity,and the increasing environmental protection requirements of ships,the effective allocation of innovative resources has become an important issue in the process of the green and intelligent development of the shipbuilding industry.In the Internet environment,internal resources of shipbuilding industry enterprises have been unable to support the green innovation activities alone.Integration of internal and external resources such as transnational innovation centers has become a trend.China’s shipbuilding industry should pay more attention to the optimal allocation of resources in the green innovation system of the shipping industry,ensure the coordination of green resource allocation both inside and outside,and effectively deal with such problems as the downturn in the shipping market and the lack of experience in green shipbuilding innovation.Therefore,this paper China’s shipbuilding industry green innovation system and its optimal allocation of resources as the research objects,from the theoretical and empirical aspects,exploring the approach and countermeasures of China’s shipbuilding industry green innovation system construction and and its optimal allocation of resourcesFirstly,the theory of green innovation system,resource allocation and innovation resource allocation theory and innovation resource optimization allocation model are analyzed theoretically.And an overview of China’s shipbuilding industry,defines the connotationand the characteristic of green innovation system of China’s shipbuilding industry,divides the elements into resource elements and subject elements,object elements,analysis of the system function,the external environment and the basic structure,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis.Secondly,this paper analyzes the construction of China’s shipping industry green innovation system resource allocation model,according to the quasi-holographic mathematical model to build China’s shipping industry green innovation system resource allocation model,and the two modules of resource allocation model are described in detail,namely Data Integration Module Based on Internet of Things and Resource Allocation Decision-making and Feedback Module Based on Cooperative Differential Game.Thirdly,the optimal control technology is used to solve the resource allocation decision-making and feedback module,and the Pareto strategic equilibrium solution of the optimal allocation of resources in the system is obtained.The specific impact of each parameter on the ratio of innovation resources is analyzed.Using matlab software for the impact of the impact of the parameters and the proportion of resources to carry out simulation analysis to verify the feasibility of the model.Finally,this research puts forward the relevant suggestions to promote China’s shipbuilding industry green innovation system construction and and its optimal allocation of resources. |
