Research On Business Model Of Green Innovation System In Shipbuilding Industry Based On Internet Of Things

The shipbuilding industry is a strategic industry related to the country’s economic development.Accelerating the development of the shipbuilding industry plays an important role in improving China’s economic strength and maintaining economic stability."Made in China 2025" proposes to accelerate the deep integration of the Internet of Things and the shipbuilding industry,and guide the development of the shipbuilding industry towards green and intelligent.On the one hand,it can save resources,improve the environment and ecological benefits,and on the other hand,it can increase the added value of ships,enhance competitiveness,and better meet market demand.The dynamic nature of the IoT environment increases the uncertainty in the development of ships.Therefore,from the perspective of system,analyzing and adjusting the original business model is especially important for promoting the green innovation of the shipbuilding industry.Therefore,this paper analyzes the structure of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system and the connotation characteristics of its business model in the context of the Internet of Things.Starting from the composition of business model elements,this paper constructs the system business model structure model,and then simulates the constructed business model structure model.Finally,the paper proposes the suggestions for promoting the development of the business model of the shipbuilding green innovation system under the background of the Internet of Things.Firstly,by summarizing and analyzing the existing research on the green innovation system of the shipbuilding industry,combined with the development characteristics of the Internet of Things,the paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and components of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system based on the Internet of Things.On this basis,the basic structure and function of the shipbuilding green system based on the Internet of Things are determined,and the structural framework of the shipbuilding green innovation system based on the Internet of Things is constructed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the system business model components and the operation structure of the commercial chain,the business model structure model of the shipbuilding green innovation system based on the Internet of Things is constructed.It is helpful to analyze and grasp the essence of the system business model,and to identify the theoretical basis of the simulation of the system business model.Then,this paper analyzes the system dynamics of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system business model under the background of Internet of Things.It is concluded that the output investment rate,the platform’s integration capability coefficient,and the commercialization and promotion ability of innovation results have an important impact on the realization of the value of the system business model.On this basis,the future development of the system business model to the ecological service business model is further analyzed.Finally,from the two levels of the country and the shipbuilding industry,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the business model of the shipbuilding green innovation system under the background of the Internet of Things are proposed.The proposal is mainly aimed at the green innovation of the shipbuilding industry,the mining of user needs,and the development of the Internet of Things technology.
