Water environment bearing capacity represents the bearing capacity of water resource and pollution emission to the social and economic environment.Its objective assessment can ensure the healthy development of local production and living.According to the interaction between water environment carrying capacity evaluation index,Environment and optimize the allocation of water resources based on water resources to establish an optimal allocation model of water resources,the water environment carrying capacity evaluation methods and water environment evaluation results of the practical application of the results provide a theoretical significance.The model is used to realize the optimal allocation of water resources in Chaoyang City.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The paper analyzes the water environment quality in Chaoyang City and evaluates quality of surface water and groundwater in Chaoyang City.The main reason for this result is low content of dissolved oxygen.The downstream protection area of Chaoyang downtown belongs to fifth-grade water quality and also fails to reach the second-grade water quality objective.The main overproof pollutant is ammonia nitrogen.In addition,nitric oxide and COD also exceed the standard.(2)Compared with discharged amount of ammonia nitrogen to Daling River,the average emission of ammonia nitrogen in Chaoyang downtown is 654.69kg/day,exceeding 184%of water environment capacity.(3)The paper simulates the vertical migration and transformation rule of surface water pollutant ammonia nitrogen using indoor soil column test.According to the test,the clay permeability coefficient in Chaoyang downtown is 2.40×10-4cm/s.After passing 0.5m original soil column,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen exceeds 90%.It is deemed that the surface water ammonia nitrogen will not cause impact on the groundwater in the current situation.Using seasonal level model,the paper calculates the optimal precipitation period of Chaoyang city is 17 years;using numerical simulation,the paper calculates the groundwater supply of Daling River in dry season of Chaoyang downtown is 146,900 m/d,and the consumption is 144,900 m/d;the groundwater supply in wet season is 153,400 m3/d,and the consumption is 150,900 m3/d.It is seen that the water s-upply in dry and wet seasons is greater than the consumption.-(4)the comprehensive evaluation method of dual interval number is used to evaluate the present carrying capacity of Chaoyang City.The results show that the carrying capacity of water environment in Chaoyang City is very low and the pressure of water environment is great.(5)Taking 2010 as the reference year,2020 as the short-range planning year and 2030 as the long-term planning year,the paper simulates the water environment system of Chaoyang city in the future using system dynamics.Through comprehensive evaluation of water environment bearing capacity in two planning years,it is known that the bearing capacity of these two planning years is at an extremely low level and the water resource in Chaoyang city should optimal allocation.(6)The paper sets up three development modes to simulate the water environment development situation of Chaoyang City in the future.After allocation,the exploitation quantity of groundwater resource in Chaoyang City decreases obviously,water environment pollution is improved obviously.Thus,optimal allocation of water resource plays a certain role in protecting water environment of Chaoyang City.In this paper,we use the interval number to evaluate the evaluation index of water environment carrying capacity,and make a comprehensive evaluation of water environment carrying capacity.The relationship between water environment carrying capacity and water resources optimal allocation is linked,and the system dynamics method is used to predict the future of Chaoyang Water environment and the future water resources in Chaoyang City,the optimal allocation of water environment based on the carrying capacity of the optimal allocation of water resources model,the results of the model predictions more accurate,more rational allocation of results.Eventually realized the Chaoyang City,water environment protection and optimal allocation of water resources.
