| Since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in various fields.However,resource constraints are increasingly tense,environmental pollution is still a problem affecting sustainable development,and we must rely on technological means to achieve new breakthroughs.Therefore,innovation has become a major strategy to promote national development.Green innovation combines green with innovation in order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and reduce pollution,which is a necessary means for sustainable development.Therefore,this paper focuses on the relationship between regional green innovation,environmental regulation and energy and resources in order to expand the theory of resource endowment in the field of green innovation and provide more references for China’s green development.Based on this,using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2018,this paper firstly includes environmental regulation and regional green innovation into the research framework,verifies the relationship between energy endowment and regional green innovation under the regulation effect of environmental regulation,and classifies environmental regulation into investment type and cost type.The moderating role of environmental regulation in the impact of resource endowment on regional green innovation is discussed.Finally,the spatial effect of energy resource endowment on green innovation is empirical analyzed.The results show that the correlation between energy endowment and green innovation is moderated by investment environmental regulation significantly.With the improvement of investment environmental regulation,energy endowment will promote regional green innovation.When the cost-based environmental regulation is considered,the coefficient of the cross term between cost-based environmental regulation and energy endowment is negative but not significant,and the regulatory effect of cost-based environmental regulation is not significant.In the study of the spatial effect,the spatial lag coefficient is 0.4885,and the significance is positive.Green innovation has a significant positive spatial agglomeration effect on the provincial space.On the whole,the impact coefficient of energy resources on green innovation is significantly positive,reflecting the promoting effect of green innovation in this region.The spatial lag coefficient of energy resources is significantly negative,which inhibits the green innovation in the surrounding areas.According to the decomposition of the total effect,the direct effect coefficient of energy resources is significantly positive,while the indirect effect coefficient is significantly negative.That is to say,energy resources can promote green innovation in the region,but inhibit green innovation in the surrounding areas. |
