Since the reform and opening,China’s urban construction,construction industry and building materials industry have developed rapidly.Building materials industry is an important basic industry of national economy,Green building materials as a new industry is the future direction of building materials in China.Deep impact of the change and development of the national economic structure of our country and "13th Five-Year "plan on the industries construction related industry,the modern new green building materials industry will usher in a major development,but also will have deep industry change.For the transformation and upgrading of China’s traditional building materials industry and the innovation and development of the green building materials industry,studying the development strategy from the enterprise level has theoretical and practical significance.Liaoning hi-tech new material Co.,Ltd.as a state-owned enterprise,engaged in production and management of inorganic non-metallic materials-foamed ceramic products.at present,the products are mainly used in the construction industry,belong to green building materials.This dissertation takes Liaoning hi-tech new material Co.Ltd as the research object,use the strategic management theories and management tools,combine with the current situation of the company’s operation and development trend of building materials industry,analyze the company’s macro environment,industry environment and internal environment by PEST model and Potter’s five forces model;According to the company’s vision,mission and strategic objectives,Through the analysis of external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses,applying the SWOT matrix,it chose the positive growth strategy for hi-tech company,while taking other types of strategy as a complement for the company,draw up the product market strategy and integration strategy as the overall strategy,the focus strategy and differentiation strategy as the competition strategy,and put forward put forward the implementation tactics and guarantee measures of the implementation of the company strategy.This paper aims to formulate feasible development strategy for Liaoning hi-tech new material Co.Ltd.,capture strategic position of enterprise,point out the strategic direction and the way of realization,promote enterprise strong and excellent,forming the core competitiveness of enterprises to continuously develop and grow,become a green building materials industry leader,to make contributions for creating a green environment and the construction of the beautiful China;At the same time,it also hope to provide a reference for development strategy of other green building enterprises.
