| Environmental and climate issues have always been a major issue facing all mankind,and with the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in September 2020,sustainable economic development is imperative.China’s green finance started late,but green finance has developed rapidly and the market demand is strong.By the end of 2022,the balance of green loans in domestic and foreign currencies in China was 22.03 trillion yuan,ranking first in the world,and according to the forecast of relevant institutions,the scale of China’s green finance will reach 70 trillion yuan by2031.Bank C is located in the southwest region of China,relying on the background advantage of state-owned assets,with a market share of 10% in the green credit market in Chongqing,as major banks in the country compete to seize the green finance market share,Bank C is also facing extremely fierce competition.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a long-term strategic plan for green finance,and while giving full play to its advantages,it is also necessary to innovate development methods to seize green and high-quality resources.Taking Bank C as the research object,this paper uses strategic management analysis tools to deeply understand the connotation and development of green finance by reviewing domestic and foreign literature and data,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for Bank C to formulate green finance development strategy.Then analyze the external environment of Bank C,use the PEST analysis tool to analyze in detail from the four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,and analyze the competitive environment and green finance industry demand of Bank C,and combine customer questionnaire surveys and internal personnel interviews to find out the bottleneck of Bank C in developing green finance.Secondly,using the SWOT analysis tool to find out the current advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Bank C,using the SWOT-CLPV model to do quantitative analysis,pointing out the leverage advantage,inhibiting market situation,vulnerable competition situation and problem competition situation currently faced by Bank C,through the quantitative comparison of the four situations,find out the direction of Bank C’s development of green finance strategy is a growth strategy with leverage advantage.According to the strategic guiding ideology and basic principles,the goals of strategy formulation are determined,and the specific content of the strategy design is centered on four dimensions: innovating green financial products,shaping green finance brands,expanding green financial markets and improving customer service quality.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic plan,four safeguard measures are proposed to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan from four aspects: organizational culture,talent management,system construction and scientific and technological application.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper uses strategic management analysis tools to point out the development direction of green finance strategy,which aims to help Bank C break the development dilemma,seize market resources,and promote high-quality economic development. |
