| The great development of new energy and new infrastructure in China in the future has created rare market opportunities for the battery industry.In implementing China’s "dual carbon" strategy,green transformation and development are necessary for battery enterprises.NYST Company,as one of the leading enterprises in China’s lead-acid battery industry,is in an accelerating period of green development.However,there are still problems,such as the lack of green development strategy concept,the serious delay in green product development,the relatively lagging in green process development,the insufficient green development of raw material and energy consumption,and the lack of large-scale establishment of a recycling system,which restrict the green transformation and development of enterprises.Therefore,it has become an urgent task for NYST company to accelerate the implementation of green development strategy to create competitive advantages.This article focuses on the battery industry’s high energy consumption and high pollution emissions and takes NYST company as the research object.Through literature research,field investigation,normative analysis,and other methods,relevant theories and analysis tools of enterprise development strategy are used to study and explore the green development strategy of NYST company.Firstly,the current status of NYST company’s green development strategy is explored to identify the existing problems through the dissection of the current green strategy positioning,content,and actions;Secondly,an analysis was conducted on the internal and external strategic environment faced by NYST company to identify opportunities and threats embedded in the external strategic environment and strengths and weaknesses in the internal strategic environment.Based on this,the study undertook a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise’s internal and external strategic environments through a strategic friendliness evaluation analysis.A new green development strategy positioning,strategic objectives,and guiding ideology are proposed based on the matching of internal and external strategic environments and SWOT matrix analysis.It is believed that there will be four types of green development strategies in the future: proactive green development strategy,cooperative green development strategy,reactive green development strategy,and hybrid green development strategy.QSPM evaluation shows that a hybrid green development strategy can more effectively promote the green transformation and development of enterprise;Finally,in the implementation of the strategy,we should ensure the implementation of the strategy from five aspects: technology research and development,human resources,personnel motivation,production operations,and strategic risk management.This study not only plays an important role in promoting the green transformation and development of NYST Company but also has important reference significance for accelerating the green development ability of the battery industry. |
