| Assembly line balance is one of the important methods for the design,planning,reorganization and optimization of the bottom production process in manufacturing enterprises.The unbalance of assembly line will cause a large number of man-hour losses or a large number of WIP accumulation,which is the key factor restricting productivity.In this thesis,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research on assembly line balance optimization technology and methods at home and abroad in recent years,the balance problem of 6/4D-AH slurry pump assembly line was studied.Combining industrial engineering theory with mathematical theory,the assembly line of 6/4D-AH slurry pump was optimized in layers and stages.Good results have been achieved in balance effect and capacity optimization.This thesis first summarizes and reviews the research status of assembly line balancing,and lists and explains the assembly line balancing theory,related terms and balance effect evaluation system,and introduces the sources,theories and logic of methods involved in the research process of this thesis.In addition,the assembly line of AH series products of S Company was actually observed on site,and the assembly process of the whole 6/4D-AH slurry pump was fully understood.The stopwatch time observation method was used to measure the operation,and the standard operation time of each operation unit was measured.Secondly,based on the objective of assembly line balance optimization,the 6/4DAH slurry pump assembly line was studied by industrial engineering method.The bottleneck link was found and improved,so that the production beat of the assembly line was reduced from 720 s to 607 s.The assembly line balance rate increased from67.69% to 78.22%.Considering that the assembly line has 49 processes,continuing to use industrial engineering methods is not a quick and effective solution to the following balance optimization problem.Therefore,on this basis,the use of mathematical theory to further optimize it,to build the ? and ?? class of balance problem mathematical model,this thesis through 0-1 integer programming theory with the help of Lingo program for the proposed two kinds of balance problem programming and operation.The global optimal solution is obtained by using Lingo program,and the new process allocation scheme is obtained by analyzing the calculation results with balance theory,and the relevant balance index of the new scheme is calculated to preliminarily verify the optimization effect.Finally,Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate the assembly line scheme before and after optimization.The simulation model of assembly line before and after optimization and its running results are compared and analyzed.The concept of comprehensive weighted man-hour utilization ratio(η)was introduced for the first time,and the comparison and evaluation table was prepared by combining the assembly line balance rate,balance effect,assembly line smoothness index and annual production capacity to evaluate and compare each scheme,and the optimal scheme was determined by combining the assembly process requirements of slurry pump. |
