Research On Optimization Of Supplier Quality Control For SH Company

With the economic globalization and industrial division of labor,the competition in the cooker industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to remain competitive in the market,the strategic focus of many cookware enterprises has gradually shifted from product manufacturing to high value-added businesses such as product structure innovation,appearance innovation,function innovation,manufacturing process technology innovation and material innovation,while other businesses choose outsourcing or procurement to replace them.Take a set of finished pot as an example.In addition to the manufacture of pot body,other raw materials,accessories,packaging materials and other materials are purchased from outside.The quality of supplier parts has an increasing impact on the production and operation of enterprises.Once an abnormality occurs,it will not only be reflected in the quality of finished products,but also have an impact on the cost,efficiency and delivery time of production and operation,but also directly related to the service satisfaction and even loyalty of end customers to the enterprise.At present,due to their own development and management,the lack of supplier quality control ability of many private enterprises is constantly affecting the development of enterprises.Based on concepts and theories of supplier quality,supplier quality control,total quality management theory,quality cost theory and zero defect management theory,combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on supplier quality control,this paper takes sh company,a private enterprise in the cooker industry,as the research object by using the methods of literature research,on-site investigation and so on,This paper analyzes the current situation of supplier quality control in SH company,and deeply excavates its existing problems: quality control in the development and design stage of new parts;Quality control of parts in mass production stage;Supervision of supplier quality;Continuous improvement of supplier quality.At the same time,the causes of its problems are described in detail.Then,in view of the causes of the problems,combined with the current situation of the SH company,using the principles of total quality management and quality tools such as PPAP and PDCA cycle,the optimization scheme of supplier quality control of SH company is designed and implemented from five aspects: supplier quality control organization,new part development and design process,mass production stage control method,quality supervision mechanism and continuous improvement mechanism.Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures from the aspects of human resources,high-level commitment,training mechanism and incentive mechanism to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.Starting from the actual situation of supplier quality control of SH company,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme by using relevant theories and methods,hoping to have certain reference and signing significance for the study of the application of supplier quality control in private enterprises and similar manufacturing enterprises.
