Research On Improvement Strategy In Procurement Management Of BDXF

About 80% of the funding in this project investment is used for purchasing engineering materials and equipment as well as engineering design,engineering service,engineering construction and et al.There are many vital parts in project management that we need pay attention to study.Which including studying how to set up the procurement process,finding the best suppliers,developing suppliers,and improving the quality of purchased products constantly.With continuous iteration of business models,the interests of enterprises in the supply chain are related more closely.What's more,purchasing management research is also a continuous process.This thesis focuses on studying the purchase management of blast furnace gas purification project.By searching and studying related materials and case as well as the combination of my working experience,I have found out the problems in the procurement management of the project and put forward the optimization measures.The theme can be concluded into four parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research.It shows the study direction based on the analysis and comparison between domestic and foreign situations.The second part is a thoroughly analysis of the problems which turn out in the procurement management of the project.Besides,it's also the comparison of the management experience of famous companies between at home and abroad.The third part focuses on studying the current situation of project procurement process of BDXF company as well as optimizing the process.Finally,the fourth part is an exploratory research,which uses the results of first two chapters to propose solutions for BDXF company's procurement management improvement.It is hopeful that this study can provide reference for improving the performance of purchasing management of gas investment projects.
