Coal enterprises are in a critical period of transformation and development.SJ company,as one of the typical representatives of coal enterprises,is also in the key period of transformation and development.At this key point,as Bezos said,"your people are your enterprise",the success or failure of enterprise transformation and development will depend on people.The key to promote the level of knowledge and employment,and then to improve the overall quality of talents,lies in the human resource managers.At present,the research on human resource management mainly focuses on the contents and methods of human resource management,while the relevant research on human resource managers is relatively lacking.Therefore,based on the competency of human resource managers,from the perspective of enhancing the competitive advantage of SJ company,on the basis of combing the existing relevant literature,this paper conducts relevant research by adopting the methods of interview,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.Firstly,based on the theory of victory,the selection and measurement of competency evaluation index and its relationship with job performance are described.Secondly,this paper evaluates and analyzes the competency of human resource managers in S J company,and finds out the key competency of human resource managers in SJ company and how their competency affects job performance.In addition,through the conclusion of the study,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for SJ company human resource manager competency improvement,and then provides reference for coal enterprise human resource manager competency improvement.The results show that the professional characteristics,management ability,extended and shared capital,environmental adaptability of human resource managers in SJ company are significantly correlated with their individual performance,and the most important marginal impact on personal performance is professional characteristics.It is expected that the research conclusions of this paper can guide SJ company to improve their own behavior of human resource managers,improve their competency,and then promote the transformation and development of S J company. |
