With the progress of information technology and the high-speed development of market economy,China has entered a high-quality development stage,and the survival and development of enterprises are facing greater challenges.In this context,human resources have become the cornerstone of enterprise market success.And human resource management based on the competency model has gradually become the key to improve management efficiency of enterprises.As the primary front-line manager of the oil sales enterprise,the ability and quality of the gas station manager is the foothold to enhance the core competitiveness of the oil sales enterprise.At present,ZQ company is facing many problems,such as insufficient ability and quality level of gas station managers,mismatch between personnel and posts,loss of personnel and so on,which restricts the development of the enterprise.How to select,train and assess gas station managers efficiently and improve their ability and quality has become an important problem faced by ZQ company.Therefore,for ZQ company,it is imperative to build the competency model of gas station managers,improve the competency quality of gas station managers,and optimize the human resource management of gas station managers.Therefore,this study takes the gas station manager of ZQ company as the research object.In order to solve the existing internal management problems,and establish an excellent gas station manager team,on the basis of a large number of relevant research and theories,based on the construction steps of the competency model,the post specific competency model is constructed.Firstly,through literature research,job analysis,behavior event interview,questionnaire survey and other methods,the competency elements are preliminarily extracted,and the competency table of gas station managers of ZQ company is designed;Then this study collects the survey data through questionnaire survey and use spss25.0 carry out reliability,validity and exploratory factor analysis to determine the competency model of gas station manager of ZQ company;Finally,the model is applied in the aspects of recruitment,training and performance management,so as to improve the ability and quality of gas station managers in ZQ company and improve the efficiency of human resource management.The main conclusions drawn from this study are the following:(1)The problems of ZQ company’s gas station managers in competence and the fundamental internal management problems behind them are find;(2)The competency model of ZQ company’s gas station manager is determined,including 5 dimensions of management traits,internal driving force,self-efficacy,personal traits,assistance and service,and23 elements such as achievement orientation and team cooperation;(3)This study puts forward some suggestions on the application of competency model in the practice of human resource management of gas station managers in ZQ company,mainly to optimize the system of recruitment and selection,learning and training and performance appraisal of gas station managers.This study not only broadens the research object and content of competency model,but also provides direction for promoting the sustainable and stable development of ZQ company,and has certain reference significance for similar enterprises to improve their competitiveness through efficient personnel management. |
