Competency model is a competency structure of human resource management and development,which has an important influence on improving the quality and efficiency of human resource management.Under the new situation,human resource management is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.In view of this,the related concepts and methods of post competence have been more and more applied in the field of enterprise human resource management.Competency and competency model is a great breakthrough in the development of human resource management.It has great superiority to combine human resource management and competency model reasonably.Compared with the traditional human resource management,the human resource management combined with the competency model is more scientific,which has a long-term significance for the long-term development of the enterprise and the reasonable planning of the employee’s career.Based on the theory of competency model,this paper briefly analyzes the common problems in human resource management of H Company,and discusses the d evelopment and application of this model in human resource management of H company,hope to improve the level of enterprise human resources management,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.And analyzes the process and application path of the competency model construction of enterprise human resource management.Through the analysis and research of this paper,the aim is to promote the innovation and development of human resource management in enterprises,to formulate a reasonable promo tion system and staff training program,and to provide a solution for the existing human resources of H Company,at the same time,it provides reference for H Company to build a complete quality model and improve H Company’s comprehensive competitiveness.Finally,the paper validates and summarizes the competency model,analyzes the importance of the competency model,and points out the deficiencies in the whole construction process. |
