In the context of children's sustainable development,the importance of children's family education has become increasingly prominent.Children's efficient learning at home is inseparable from parental involvement in education.In particular,online learning is increasingly becoming the norm of children's home-based learning.Children's home-based online learning is more inseparable from the support of educational resources in various fields such as family,school and society,which requires the value identification and element matching of social educational resources to systematically serve children's home-based online learning.In this context,parents,as the main consumer decision-makers of children's learning products,pay more and more attention to whether learning products can help them accompany children's learning,so as to meet the needs of children's home-based online learning.Children's learning desk is not only the exclusive learning space for children,but also the main place for parents to accompany children.Whether children's learning desk design can meet the needs of children's home online learning and serve parents' accompanying reading has become an important research direction of children's learning desk product design innovation.Therefore,based on the theoretical basis of social value,this paper carries out the study on the design of learning desk from the perspective of parental involvement in education.From theoretical analysis to practical research,this paper is divided into three parts: "theoretical analysis-user research-design practice".The first part of the theoretical analysis firstly combined the concept of social value through literature research,summarizes the ideas of social value driven design innovation: explore the problem framework-insight into behavioral needs-integrate educational resources-carry out design practice-scheme verification and promotion;secondly,through the relevant theoretical analysis to explore the focus of children's learning research from the perspective of parental involvement in education;finally,this paper analyzed the current situation of children's learning desk products,and then guides the development of its design research.The second part of the user research focused on children's home online learning scene from the perspective of parental involvement in education,and carried out in-depth qualitative and quantitative user analysis on the basis of exploring the user's background.Desktop research was used in user background exploration in the form of stakeholder map to gain insight into the problem framework and clarify the focus of user research.Qualitative user research records and observes the content of children's home online learning activities in the form of video,user activities was encoded with Elan video analysis software,and user behaviors was sorted out with user journey map according to the coding results.Quantitative user research investigated the interaction between children's home online learning and their parents,teachers and learning desks through questionnaires.Factor analysis was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire and to gain insight into the influencing factors of children's home online learning behavior.Based on the results of qualitative observation and quantitative questionnaire survey,K-means was used clustering algorithm to classify four types of children's home online learning behaviors: autonomous learning,motivation deficient,insufficient ability and negative avoidance.According to the needs of different types of users,educational resources integration deduced the educational service resources and service subjects of home,school and society,found the design opportunity point of children's learning desk integration and distribution of educational services,and constructed the children's homebased online learning demand service resource allocation model for learning desk.The third part is the design practice guided by the results and experience of the previous two parts.Firstly,it discussed the design strategy of children's learning desk accompanied by parents;secondly,it carried out design innovation,outputs the design of children's learning product service system accompanied by parents and the product design of children's learning desk;finally,it verified that it meet the needs of children's home online learning through product function prototype test and situational deduction The effectiveness of the system.Based on the theory of social value,this paper explored the characteristics and needs of children's home-based learning behavior from the perspective of parental involvement in education;proposed a learning demand service configuration model for children's learning desk with parental involvement in education;developed the product service system design and learning desk product design of children learning desk,and evaluated the effectiveness of the design scheme.This paper provides a new research perspective and theoretical reference for children's learning desk design innovation.
