| Nowadays,the population of preschool children is increasing.Parents pay more attention to the growth and education stage of preschool children.The design of preschool children’s study desk will become the focus of attention in the field of children’s furniture industry.However,the products of preschool children’s learning desk are currently involved There are problems such as serious homogeneity,single service mode,and poor sustainability with services.Therefore,paying attention to the group of preschool children,with the goal of realizing the active and healthy growth of preschool children,and providing the growth of preschool children with products and services that meet their needs and have sustainable development has become a valuable research topic.This research takes preschool children’s home life needs as the starting point,and aims to realize the happy growth of preschool children at home,investigates and analyzes the specific behavioral needs of preschool children in the home environment,and explores the innovation of learning desks from the perspective of products and services solution.The research content consists of four parts from theoretical analysis to practical research:theoretical analysis,research on the status quo of the learning desk product service system,user research,and design practice.The theoretical analysis of the first part firstly sorts out the origin and definition of the product service system theory,and clarifies the specific path of the product service system(PSS)evolving into a sustainable product service system(S.PSS)from the perspective of the design discipline.Secondly,clarify the application type and application value of S.PSS,and further explore the theoretical methods related to S.PSS,including specific satisfaction design method-stakeholder configuration method-stakeholder interaction design method.Among them,the structural design of stakeholders is the focus of this research,and system innovation is the trend of sustainable design.Combing the development of sustainable system design methods,and proposing a framework for the development of the preschool children’s learning desk product service system under the guidance of the sustainable system design method(MSDS).The second part understands the composition of the current preschool children’s learning desk product service system from the strategic analysis stage of MSDS,splits the status quo of the learning desk from the perspective of products and services,and determines what is involved in the learning desk product service system during the service process The needs of the stakeholders and among the stakeholders.The third part uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct user research on preschool children from the stage of finding opportunities in MSDS.First,collect preschool children’s home activities information through qualitative desktop surveys,user observations,and interviews,and analyze user pain points to extract design opportunities.Second,use quantitative questionnaires to collect preschool children’s learning behavior information,and use factor analysis to extract Children’s behavioral characteristics;finally summarizes the children’s needs in learning interaction,learning interest,and leisure and entertainment.The fourth part carries out design practice based on the above three parts.First,propose the product service system design strategy of the preschool children’s learning desk;second,design the preschool children’s product service system plan and the preschool children’s learning desk product;finally,through the system sustainability Evaluation scales and usability scales are used to verify the results of products and services in the design plan,thereby confirming the sustainability and usability of the design plan.This research clarifies the research status of product service system and sustainable system design methods from the perspective of design disciplines,and sorts out the market status of product service systems with learning desks.According to the needs of preschool children,design learning desk products and construct learning Desk-based service model.Finally,the sustainability and usability of the design scheme are verified,and to a certain extent,it can provide a theoretical research reference for the learning of the learning desk design for preschool children. |
