Due to the combined effects of high academic pressure,popularity of electronic products,non-standard reading and writing posture and other factors,children's eyesight and spinal health problems have become very prominent in China.How to make Chinese children "stand tall" and "prevent myopia" has become a big problem for parents.However,the existing learning table solutions are only limited to adjusting the height of the table and chair and changing the shape of the table,which cannot fundamentally solve the problem.From the perspective of products,the impact on user behavior is very limited.Therefore,this project introduces the persuasion design for behavior,and changes users' behaviors and attitudes through the design with the intention of persuasion.The main research content is as follows:First,the theory of persuasion;This paper elaborated the concept,application field,related models,strategies and methods of persuasion theory,expanded the case analysis,and then summarized the relevant theoretical results of persuasion theory in the field of health,providing theoretical support for the later adolescents' health-oriented learning table.Second,study on the design of learning table: market analysis,product research and future trend analysis of the existing learning table,research shows that the innovation and development of learning table is an inevitable trend,and intelligent,health demands are the development of the trend.Thirdly,the user research: through the data sorting,summarized five aspects of posture,time,lighting,table and chair adjustment,movement,and integrated into the three stages before,during and after the operation to form the target of persuasion.Through the research on the characteristics of teenagers from both physiological and psychological aspects,it is concluded that teenagers' learning table should pay attention to four design points: size,privacy,guidance and emotional factors.In the quantitative study,five potential needs were summarized through user research,and the portraits of potential purchasers and paying users were established.After comparing the two,two design points were proposed to provide multiple choices and pay attention to details,and the interest table of teenagers was drawn to provide inspiration for the subsequent design.In qualitative user research,interviews with 17 teenagers,from the basic situation,mining motivation and ability,tracking the questionnaire found that used to loop the three parts to carry out in-depth study,the user can be divided into repeat habits,Amy self-discipline,forced to discipline,interest in drawing these 4 kinds of users,according to its characteristics to choose the appropriate strategies of persuasion,In the process of imitating the results and several iterations,three persuasion strategies,namely,fun,light interruption and personalization,are summarized.Fourth,the innovative design of learning table: a total of the output of sitting position monitoring learning table,cat anti-planking table and chair cover,fun desktop system,parents end small program 4 parts of the persuade system scheme.The story method is used to introduce the use process in detail,divided into hardware and software two parts to elaborate on the design scheme.In the end,15 users evaluated it from the overall evaluation,learning table,chair cover and each functional plate,and the overall evaluation was high.Meanwhile,5 suggestions for follow-up optimization were put forward.This study systematically presents the methods and practical steps of innovative design of learning table based on persuasion theory,which has certain reference value for other health oriented people.
