Study On Emergency Rescue Training Management Of ZY First-line Employees

Oil industry is a high-risk industry,has the characteristics of flammable and explosive,poisonous and harmful.in recent years,with China’s petroleum and petrochemical enterprises to expand the production scale of production equipment and storage and transportation system is becoming more and more large,fire,explosion,leakage,poisoning and other major workplace accidents occur,caused huge losses to the people’s life and property.ZY enterprise belongs to large petrochemical enterprises and dangerous chemical industry.However,due to the limitation of enterprise scale and various conditions,staff training cannot be carried out well.Currently adopted by way of training is mainly for the field rescue drills and related manual learning and the learning effect is good,but the difficult and the huge cost organization,limited conditions,training more narrow,the latter learning effect is not good,so how to improve the ZY management level of enterprise emergency rescue training employees to become the ultimate appeals in this study.Taking ZY enterprise as the research object,this paper focuses on the study of the emergency rescue training management of its front-line employees.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of ZY enterprise,the analysis of the current situation of the emergency rescue training management of front-line employees,as well as the main existing problems.After that,the ZY front-line staff emergency rescue training needs analysis,plan management,training courses,resource development,evaluation process and other contents were optimized.Finally,the implementation guarantee of the emergency rescue training management for front-line employees of ZY enterprise mainly starts from the aspects of early preparation,plan implementation,course implementation and training evaluation.The research of this paper is helpful for the front-line staff to understand the relevant theoretical knowledge of emergency rescue,further enhance the awareness of protection in the face of emergencies and accidental injuries,and reduce the personal injuries and economic losses caused by accidents.At the same time,the research of this paper,to improve the level of enterprise emergency rescue,put forward some attempts to explore new methods,to provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises.
