In this era of rapid development,knowledge innovation has surged and the industrial structure is constantly changing.In order to be able to respond to such changes at any time,employees need to have good adaptability and the ability to quickly update knowledge,so that companies can cater to market changes and adapt to the times development of.Training is a core component of enterprise human resource management.In order to achieve development in a highly competitive market environment,companies conduct targeted training for employees to promote their professional skills and comprehensive improvement.So that employees can more quickly adapt to changes in positions and the speed of company development.The research of this paper takes H company as a case to understand the status quo of employee training,and propose training improvement plans for H company.The first step is to comprehensively collect H company profile and employee training data through literature research,personal interviews,and questionnaires.Secondly,after fully understanding the training work of H company,conduct in-depth research on the current situation of H company employee training,and summarize its employee training concepts,requirements,curriculum design,training methods adopted,hired lecturers,training effect evaluation and other issues,And analyze the reasons.Then,using scientific training theories,according to the actual situation of the H company,targeted improvement measures and practical safeguard measures are proposed,mainly from the construction of training concepts,training needs analysis,course design and method selection,and training of training instructor teams.Various aspects put forward suggestions,and put forward safeguard measures such as strengthening training management,continuous investment in funds,employee assessment,and long-term training mechanism,so as to promote the improvement of the training effectiveness of H Company and the improvement of the overall quality of employees.Finally,it profoundly pointed out that the company's training problem has its own particularity,and it also shows universality in many aspects.Therefore,it is hoped that the research in this article can provide reference for similar enterprises.
