| With the advent of big data era and the trend of mobile Internet era,enterprise management transformation is inevitable trend in the development in China.To achieve sustainable development of manufacturing industries,it is necessary to implement lean production management with the active participation and improvement of all employees,which leads human resource is the key point in the management process.And the most important part to achieve the strategy goal in the competition is the adaption between human resource training and enterprises development.A scientific and reasonable training system plays an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.NP is one of the famous companies in chemical industry.With the fierce competition,it is important for NP to improve competition and increase margin by enhancing internal quality control.In recent years,NP plans to improve employees’ qualification by training.The front-line and technical employees in the supply chain can improve product quality and save cost by enhancing technological processes and working instruction,technical R&D employees can improve customer’s satisfaction by improving technical diagnosis and the ability of problem-solving,sales employees and supporting employees can improve the cooperation efficiency between internal and external.The thesis investigated current NP training system by issuing questionnaire and understood the key session of implementation by interviewing the owner of training department,senior management,middle-level management,and trainers.The author also observed 10 times training courses and analyzed the training portfolios from the year of 2016 to 2020.The thesis found there are some problems in NP’s training system which impacted the enthusiasm of employees,the training effects.And the managers thought the training is high investment of time and spend.Therefore,the thesis investigated the relevant theories of training from domestics and overseas,and combined with the existing software and hardware training resources of NP,finally took the win-win development of enterprises and employees as the goal.Start from the goal of company’s strategic development,based on the current staff training system of NP,the targeted suggestions are as follows.For training management system of NP company,the thesis raised suggestion according to training demand analyze,training plan,training implementation and training effect.And the thesis optimized the supervision of rules implementation,the management and inspiration of internal trainers and improved the training courses to ensure the effectiveness of training system.Training can promote NP company’s human resource development strategy to achieve,finally contribute to the company’s strategic goal of sustainable development. |
