With the deepening of the country's economic structural transformation,the semiconductor industry has become one of pillar industries of China's economic.The international macro environment,especially the unilateral trade protectionism of the U.S.,has had a significant impact on our semiconductor industry.As a well-known domestic semiconductor company,Z Company is facing a complex domestic and international environment,and is also tasked with the honorable mission of revitalizing the semiconductor industry.In order to against this backdrop,Z Company should focus on the national strategic needs,focus on the research and development of its own intellectual property rights,strive to crack the bottleneck,and continuously improve its reputation and market share to actively explore the international market.Therefore,Z Company must improve the ability and level of its employees,optimize the allocation of resources,improve quality and efficiency,and stimulate its vitality to effectively deal with market risks and challenges,so as to accomplish its strategic objectives.As the largest human resource group in the company,the grassroots employees are one of the key resources for the development of the company,and they play an irreplaceable role.Effective training is an important means to improve the working ability and business quality of grassroots staff and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,and is an important part of the enterprise to cope with the challenges,which should become a high priority and normalization of high uality work.Quality training is the mother of efficient management,and enterprise development is inseparable from long-term effective training.However,different periods,different industries,corporate staff training has its own characteristics,and is influenced by many aspects,each enterprise should be suitable for its characteristics of the scientific system.This paper combines the characteristics of the semiconductor materials industry and company strategy,based on the specific conditions of Z Company's grass-roots employees,in order to address the specific problems faced by the current training work,put forward an optimal design plan.Based on the training theory,this paper retrieves the training files of the last two years,organizes relevant data,and finds out the problems and causes of the training system by statistical analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods.This paper takes Z Company's strategic goal as the starting point to improve performance,enhance innovation and increase competitiveness,and focuses on the pain points and blockages of the current internal training work.Training evaluation and other tools are used to find countermeasures and propose training system optimization design solutions.Through evidence,the research results of this paper have strong operability and practical value,effectively solving the existing problems in corporate training and providing a strong human resources protection for corporate development.In addition,we hope that the research results of this paper can provide some reference for other enterprises in the industry.
