| Instantly,with the coming of 2020,the rapid development of knowledge economy makes the competition among enterprises increasingly fierce.Especially after the reform and opening up,the marketization and internationalization of the domestic economy are increasing.Enterprises in all walks of life are facing more competition and challenges while gaining more resources.Facing the favorable policies,the escalating consumption structure and the expanding domestic market,although different types of enterprises have different ways of development,the demand for employees in modern enterprises coincides with each other.No matter how high the mountain is,its name will spread far and wide if there is a fairy.Human resources have become the first resource for enterprise development,and human competition has become the core link of enterprise comprehensive competitiveness.How to train and train employees is an important part of human resource management in enterprises.If enterprises want to be invincible in the competition of modern society,they must attach importance to human reserve.humans can be obtained in two ways:recruitment and training.If recruitment is the basis of human pooling,then training is the sublimation of existing human resources.Specifically,improving the effective enterprise staff training system can create a higher quality and more competitive human team,timelier and accurately seize the development opportunities,and can achieve longer-term sustainable development ability.The importance of employee training is becoming more and more obvious,which makes YD company pay close attention to internal employee training in the near future.However,because of the unscientific construction of its own training system,the quality of training is always poor.How to improve and optimize the training system in order to improve the quality?This is an urgent problem to be solved in the future development of YD Company.Based on this,this study explores and analyses the optimization design of YD company’s employee training system,and puts forward specific optimization scheme after full investigation.In this process,we have experienced a series of processes,such as investigation,analysis and design.After finding out the shortcomings,the basic ideas and principles of optimizing the scheme design are given,and the reasonable planning is carried out from five angles:training system,training courses,training teachers,training methods and training apple.Finally,it introduces the necessary safeguard measures in the implementation of the optimization scheme of YD Company’s staff training system.This study is based on practical experience and theoretical basis.The research results were analyzed according to the internal survey data of YD Company.To promote and improve the quality and efficiency of staff training in YD company.At the same time,it will also provide some reference value for the staff training of other domestic enterprises. |
