Inner Mongolia cement industry is developmenting rapidly with economy,and controlled by the Government,with energy conservation and emission reduction.Our province cement industry has to face to challenges and opportunities.Cement industry talents restricts the development of the enterprise as a key factor.Human resource training and development to become the important task of human resource management,training and development of cement enterprises are ignored currently,and existed many problems.This article is intended to re-zone cement enterprise training management process,and improve the training management process.Within the industry for the existence of common problems in training,take foll advantage of what they have learned to analyze and improve the training management system.We can draw up old and new staff training plan and program,using the comprehensive task analysis model for the analysis of cement enterprises talent.Training solutions including personnel necessary basic quality.The evaluation of training effect is training implementation;and feedback results can be used to modifie training plan.The cooperation of universities and enterprises can be used as cement industry development of human resources training. |
