Research On The Artistic Form Of Qiang Embroidery In Ningqiang

Ningqiang embroidery originated in the Ningqiang Bus mountain in Shaanxi province,which is one of the main residences of the Qiang people in China.Qiang embroidery is a living and productive skill passed down from generation to generation.Due to its simple shape,vivid patterns and colorful colors,it occupies an important place in the ethnic embroidery art of China.As the crystallization of Qiang culture,Qiang embroidery was listed as national intangible cultural heritage in 2008.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,due to the development of the cultural industry,Ningqiang has established the qiang embroidery cooperative by offering training courses on the skills of qiang embroidery.which has effectively promoted the inheritance and development of local qiang embroidery skills.Based on the principles of inheritance,protection and development of ethnic folk skills,this paper takes the ningqiang embroidery skills as the research object.Taking the artistic form of Ningqiang and Qiang embroidery as the object of study,this paper comprehensively applies the methods of literature review,field investigation and questionnaire survey,and cross-disciplinary research.Based on the successful cases of inheritance and development of relevant traditional skills at home and abroad,this paper proposes to start with the research on the artistic form of Ningqiang Qiang embroidery.That is,through its theme,pattern,color,technology,and so on in the arrangement,analysis of its artistic law.Combined with the religious belief,totem worship and aesthetic consciousness of the Qiang,this paper discusses the interrelationship between the artistic expression form,internal thoughts and concepts of Ningqiang Qiang embroidery--internal order and context.In order to promote the healthy development of ningqiang qiang embroidery and the development of regional characteristic industry,the artistic characteristics and rules of Ningqiang embroidery are explored.The research contents of this paper mainly include:(1)In view of the general situation of ningqiang region,through the analysis of the local culture of the Three Kingdoms and bashu,the author summarizes the relationship between people’s life and qiang embroidery under the special historical and geographical environment.(2)Based on the text data and the existing historical samples of ningqiang and qiang embroidery,the artistic forms were acquired and classified,including the collection of digital samples and the optimized processing and storage of typical patterns.(3)Through the graphic analysis of the collected ningqiang and Qiang embroidery samples,this paper summarizes the embroidery characteristics,pattern composition,artistic style,and the main and objective factors such as living environment,politics,culture and technology.(4)The dissemination way and method of Ningqiang qiang embroidery in modern information society,the healthy inheritance and development of Ningqiang Qiang embroidery art have positive significance for promoting regional characteristic industry,carrying forward ethnic culture,and improving economic income of qiang people.As the cultural carrier of the Qiang,Ningqiang embroidery is closely related to the life of the Qiang people.Today we study its artistic form,not only to protect the qiang embroidery technology,but also to strengthen and expand the local qiang embroidery characteristic industry through the original protection and inheritance,to improve the material and spiritual life of the Qiang people.
