A Study On Competitiveness Evaluation Of H Coal Companies In Qinghai Province

The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that building an ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Promoting the coordinated development of the economy and the environment has become one of the themes of today's social development.Economic development must not be at the expense of the ecological environment.2003-2013 is the golden decade of China's coal industry.During this period,H Coal Company of Qinghai Province gradually developed and expanded,but with the rise of various new energy sources and the structural adjustment of the country's supply side,coal accounted for China's energy consumption.The proportion has been decreasing year by year,coupled with its own rigid management model for many years,the country 's strict requirements on the ecological environment,and restrictions on mining.Various problems have been masked by coal companies during the golden decade.The coal market prices have continued to slump and coal companies have survived.Difficult steps.If enterprises are to respond to the national sustainable development strategic goals,only by changing the business management model,"green management",and establishing a development path in which the enterprise and the ecological environment coexist harmoniously,can they be based on the market and not be eliminated.Therefore,how to develop the competitiveness of coal enterprises,efficiently optimize the industrial structure,and smoothly transform and upgrade has become a key issue of concern for the coal industry,and it is also a hot issue for academic research.This paper closely around the theme of coal enterprise competitiveness on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research,in qinghai province H coal company as the object of empirical study,the theory of enterprise competitiveness,competitiveness of coal enterprises,such as ecological competitiveness under the guidance of the theory,according to the characteristics of the qinghai province H coal company,starting from the actual situation of enterprise development,using the GEM factor analysis model and Delphi method to select evaluation index,construct the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of coal enterprise competitiveness evaluation model.Finally,by collecting the competitiveness evaluation index data of qinghai H coal company from 2016 to 2018,the evaluation results of competitiveness were analyzed and studied,and countermeasures and Suggestions were proposed for the smooth transformation of qinghai H coal company to improve its competitiveness.The development and improvement of the competitiveness of China's coal enterprises are both a positive response to the country's green call and the need for the sustainable development of the industry itself.Through the analysis and research of the H coal company's competitiveness evaluation system,the research on the development of coal enterprises has been changed from negative and passive ex post governance to positive Proactive prevention.The research in this article is of great practical significance to get rid of the real business dilemma of coal enterprises and gain more development space in a more active and healthy situation.
