Study On Green Competitiveness Evaluation Of Construction Enterprises

With the rapid development of the global economy,the negative impact caused by environmental problems largely restricts the further prosperity of the social economy.General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasizes the importance of ecological civilization construction and green development.Construction enterprises have made varying degrees of changes to these problems,which makes the market present a new competitive pattern.The green level of enterprises has gradually become the advantage of market competition and a part of enterprise competitiveness.At present,there is no special green competitiveness evaluation system for construction enterprises in China,and the green development level of construction enterprises cannot be evaluated.Therefore,it is important to establish the green competitiveness evaluation system of construction industry.This paper takes housing construction enterprises as the research subject,and studies the green competitiveness evaluation of construction enterprises from three aspects :evaluation index system,evaluation method and actual cases.Firstly,on the basis of literature research,combined with enterprise competitiveness,enterprise green competitiveness and construction enterprise characteristics,the connotation and performance of green competitiveness of construction enterprises are analyzed.Secondly,using the method of literature review,theoretical analysis,expert scoring method,questionnaire survey method to construct the evaluation index of green competitiveness of construction enterprises,and finally establish the evaluation index system of green competitiveness of construction enterprises including 22 indexes of construction resources,construction management and construction environment.Then,a factor-DEA evaluation model is proposed.Finally,taking Y construction enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes its efficiency value and ranking from 2012 to 2019,evaluates its development of green competitiveness,and indirectly verifies the green competitiveness evaluation index system and factor-DEA evaluation model established in this paper.The research results show that the evaluation index system and research methods established in this paper can quantitatively judge the development of green competitiveness of construction enterprises,and make scientific and reasonable analysis and judgment,which are feasible and credible,and have certain significance for the evaluation of green competitiveness of construction enterprises.
