Research On The Mechanism Of Green Strategy To Enhance The Core Competitiveness Of Central State-owned Enterprises

In recent years,with the increasingly prominent importance of ecological civilization construction,green strategic transformation and green and low-carbon development have become the inevitable requirements faced by all industries.As an important support of the national economy,central stated-owned enterprises(CSOEs)should shoulder the responsibility of the main force in the construction of ecological civilization.The research on the mechanism of green strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of CSOEs can not only provide reference for the green transformation of other CSOEs and large state-owned enterprises,but also improve the deficiencies of green strategy theory and practice.By systematically combing the domestic and abroad research status of relevant theories such as green strategy,enterprise competitiveness and industrial chain,this dissertation takes the central enterprise Z geological exploration enterprise group as an example to carry out a single case study,and analyze the implementation process of green strategy of Z geological exploration group from the aspects of system,science,culture,industrial chain and brand by using the methods of first-hand data analysis,multi-level interview and participatory observation.This dissertation builds an analysis model of green strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of COSEs,and,analyzes the impact of green strategy from the perspective of anti risk ability,innovation competitiveness,market competitiveness,environmental competitiveness and brand competitiveness.Through the above research,it is found that the implementation of green strategy by CSOEs can improve the core competitiveness,and its impact is the result of multiple factors.After the formulation of the green strategy,CSOEs should take a series of management measures to ensure the implementation of the green strategy.Internally,CSOEs should strengthen system construction,insist to scientific and technological innovation,improve management level and cultivate cultural atmosphere.Externally,CSOEs should expand industrial chain,build enterprise brand and participate in rulemaking to support the implementation of the green strategy and promote achieve sustainable development comprehensively.Finally,combined with the problems found in the research process,this dissertation puts forward opinions and suggestions on the implementation of green strategy by CSOEs,and looks forward to the future research direction according to the shortcomings of the research.
