Study On The Supervision Of Disposal Of Kitchen Waste In College Canteens Of Lanzhou City

As one of the key catering units,the supervision of kitchen waste disposal in the canteen of colleges and universities has a direct impact on urban environmental health and safety.The supervision of kitchen waste disposal in university canteens in Lanzhou city is jointly managed by several relevant municipal government departments.The task of supervision is heavy and difficult.Colleges and universities in Beijing and Shanghai are constantly exploring the university-led and government-assisted collaborative supervision of the management of kitchen waste in university canteens.Lanzhou Resources and Environment Vocational and Technical College established the first in-situ treatment system of kitchen waste in Gansu province in 2018.Lanzhou is gradually exploring the way to establish the cooperative supervision of kitchen waste in university canteens by the government and universities.By sorting out the existing literature and materials,this paper conducted an expert inquiry and field investigation on the current situation of the supervision of food and kitchen waste treatment in colleges and universities in Lanzhou.analyses the main problems existing in the supervision process of kitchen waste disposal in colleges and universities in Lanzhou city,and discusses the appropriate methods and measures for the supervision of kitchen waste disposal in college canteens in Lanzhou city,as well as the feasibility and necessity of the implementation,based on the practical operation of the local resource utilization project of kitchen waste disposal in Lanzhou vocational and technical college of resources and environment.Finally,Based on the analysis of the main problems of centralized disposal management and local resource management of college kitchen waste in Lanzhou city,this paper puts forward the supervision countermeasures of college kitchen waste treatment in Lanzhou city.Combined with the current situation of the supervision on the treatment of kitchen waste in university canteens in Lanzhou City,aiming at the problems of loopholes in government supervision,low enthusiasm of university supervision and lack of responsibility of the supervision subject of university supervision,this paper puts forward to establish and improve the cooperative supervision mechanism among the government,universities and enterprises,and to improve the supervision and accountability mechanism and evaluation mechanism of kitchen waste disposal in college canteens,and also to establish the mechanism of assistance and compensation for the disposal of kitchen waste in colleges and universities at the government level.At the University level,it puts forward two suggestions:strengthening the consciousness and responsibility of the main body of the university,strengthening the cultivation of the consciousness and behavior of daily saving of teachers.It provides experience and enlightenment for the research on the supervision of kitchen waste disposal in Lanzhou university canteens.
