With the socio-economic development of Shishi city and the improvemrnt of people's living standards,catering industry is increasingly booming.Food manufacturers,catering business and rural households banquet have been generating more and more kitchen waste.The kitchen waste contains a lot of protein,waste edible oil,starch,cellulose and other recyclable nutrient substances.By resource utilization,it can be recycled as raw materials for feeding,Fertilizer and biodiesel.The pigs directly fed with the untreated kitchen waste and the oil refined directly from the kitchen waste would be extremely harmful to the public health.The kitchen waste was burned,buried,indiscriminately discharged and other not scientific approaches,the people's living environment was polluted.So the kitchen waste must be recycled.It has been a major livelihood issue which must be solved.How to recycle and use the kitchen waste correctly is more than to solve the capital,technology,management,policy and institutional aspects of problem.As the kitchen waste management is related to food safety,environmental protection,traffic control,urban management and other administrative departments.It is very complicated.This article emphasizes the situation of the kitchen waste generated by small catering business and rural households banquet containing shells,bones,disposable chopsticks,toothpicks,tissue etc.By the methods of questionnaire,using analytical comparison and document investigation,the author analyzes its influence on collecting the high quality of Shishi city kitchen waste.,to emphasize the importance of the kitchen waste should be collected classifily.Learning from foreign consummate policy system and management experience,through the analysis of a variety of technologies in our country that has been employed on the kitchen waste comprehensive utilization and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the techniques of harmless treatment.This article puts forward to the maneuverably comprehensive utilization technology and countermeasures for the Shishi city kitchen waste from the following aspects: increasing financial subsidies from thegovernment,strengthening the system of public opinion and policy guidance,encouraging private capital investmenting,establishing professional regulatory agencies and Mechanism,taking dynamic digital tracking management.To facilitate the resource utilization project of Shishi city kitchen waste implementation can be done with as soon as possible.
