With the continuous development of our economy,the scale and population of cities have expanded and grown accordingly.As the sub-center of China’s Yangtze River Delta city cluster,Hefei’s urban scale and resident population have shown a significant growth trend,making the corresponding catering industry prosperous too.Although it has stimulated the economic development of Hefei’s catering industry,it has led to an increasing amount of kitchen waste.In recent years,garbage classification has attracted widespread attention,and the state has successively introduced relevant laws and regulations to standardize garbage classification standards.Therefore,kitchen waste is no longer mixed with ordinary waste,so there is a wider demand for kitchen waste disposal.At present,China urgently needs to build all kinds of kitchen waste treatment plants to deal with the accumulation of kitchen waste.In this paper,Hefei kitchen waste treatment plant as the research object,aiming at the large-scale centralized treatment of kitchen waste problems,through the collection of kitchen-waste in the neighborhood around the economic development zone in Hefei.The characteristics of kitchen-waste were tested,and a set of feasible miniaturized kitchen waste treatment technology was designed and studied,and the process design,debugging and optimization of Hefei miniaturized kitchen waste treatment was proposed.The proposed scale of kitchen waste treatment is:5 t/d of kitchen waste and 1800 t of kitchen treatment per year The kitchen waste residue,waste water and gas waste of kitchen waste generated in the treatment process shall be sorted and treated until the liquid waste of kitchen waste meets the《Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers》(GB/T 31962-2015)after treatment,and gas waste of kitchen waste meets the《Emission Standards for odor Pollutants》(GB14554-93)to achieve the on-site discharge requirements,and the residue of kitchen waste and sludge are meets the《Organic fertilizer》(NY/T525-2021).The main line of miniaturized kitchen waste treatment process is the treatment of kitchen waste water,including pretreatment,EGSB reactor and AAO-AO integrated equipment.The initial average COD=13623 mg?L-1,BOD=4677 mg?L-1,TN=644mg?L-1,TP=134 mg?L-1,NH3-N=526 mg?L-1,SS=2842 mg?L-1then after a series of treatments,they descended to COD=119 mg?L-1,BOD=24 mg?L-1,TN=14 mg?L-1,TP=2 mg?L-1,NH3-N=8 mg?L-1,SS=60 mg?L-1.The respective removal rate reached99.08%,99.48%,97.83%,98.51%,98.48%,97.88%.In the end,all meet the needs of management.The branch line of miniaturized kitchen waste treatment process is the treatment of residue and waste gas of kitchen waste.Kitchen residue quickly transformed into organic fertilizer in two days.The effective viable bacteria number(CFU)of the fermentation product was 0.5≥020 million/g;organic matter was 70.1%≥40%;moisture content was 9.7%≤30%;p H was 5.6 between 5.5-8.5;bacillus count was less than 3.0 piece/g;Less than standard 100piece/g;Ascaris egg mortality was100%≥90%;total arsenic(As)was 0.308≤15mg/kg;total cadmium(Cd)was not detected;the total lead was 10.0≤50 mg/kg;Total chromium(Cr)was 68.5≤150mg/kg;Total mercury(Hg)was not detected.According to the organic fertilizer testing standards,the aerobic fermentation products of kitchen waste meet the requirements,that means,the final organic fertilizer is made.For the treatment of gas waste,it is collected centrally through the negative pressure scrubber and UV photocatalytic oxidation deodorization equipment in series,and discharged in place at high altitude(15m)after reaching the standard.Through the process design and optimization of miniaturized kitchen waste treatment,it showed strong adaptability;high impact load resistance;small footprint;low cost of investment and wide range of application.It effectively supplements the shortcomings of centralized disposal of kitchen waste,and can also provide a reference for similar projects.Figure[34]Table[15]Reference[78]... |
