With the expansion of city size and population growth, Zhengzhou City restaurant and kitchen waste shows rapid growth momentum. It is very necessary to build restaurant and kitchen waste treatment plant. Based on the successful experience at home and abroad, Zhengzhou city climate, geography, population and economic development, this paper proposes the process design scheme of building Zhengzhou City restaurant and kitchen waste treatment plant.The measurement and calculation in this scheme is based on the scale of Zhengzhou City restaurant and kitchen waste treatment: restaurant waste 200t/d, annual processing7.3 million T, kitchen waste150 t/d, annual processing 10.95 million T, reach 300 t/d in the second period.Waste treatment plant mainly adopts "pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation" comprehensive treatment process: restaurant waste using "pulping + wet medium temperature anaerobic fermentation process scheme, kitchen waste by" high pressure extrusion separation + dry high temperature anaerobic fermentation process. Restaurant waste is sent to the crusher, reentering the pulp tank; After pulping the material into slurry separator, the oil is removed by slurry removal, and the liquid is sent to the homogeneous tank, and finally into the wet anaerobic fermentation tank; The residue is sent to landfill disposal. Kitchen waste is sent into the efficient extrusion separator after breaking. Kitchen waste is separated into two parts: the residue is sent to landfill disposal; The rest of the organic matter is sent to dry anaerobic fermentation tank. The biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation supplies energy to the wet solution, the system power supply, heating, the rest for plant and other surrounding facilities.The working system of garbage disposal plant mainly includes: restaurant and kitchen waste collection and transportation system, pretreatment system, anaerobic fermentation, biogas purification and utilization system and biogas dehydration system; including pulping the biogas slurry and leachate into supporting leachate treatment system, biogas dehydration into composting workshop, residue into landfill disposal.The design conforms to the need of national and Zhengzhou City development planning and policy, to the realization of the restaurant and kitchen waste harmlessness, reducing quantity and recycling process, is conducive to the protection of urban environmental sanitation, human and animal safety, with good economic and social benefits and exemplary role.
