With the flourishing development of China’s economy in today’s society,China’s urbanization progress is constantly developing.People’s living standard is improving step by step,thus their requirements for quality of life and food quality are increasing day by day.Under the circumstance,more household and kitchen wastes are accumulated.If the wastes can’t be disposed effectively,it will seriously pollute the urban environment.As a result,it is necessary to reinforce disposal of municipal solid waste and resource utilization.Taking Yan’an City as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation and characteristics of kitchen waste disposal in Yan’an City by visiting and investigating method.We found out the factors influencing the clearance of kitchen waste from domestic and international kitchen waste disposal status,and the time series data of the clearance of kitchen waste in Yan’an City b y quantitative analysis were obtained,moreover,three schemes for the utilization of kitchen wa ste resources in combination with local conditions were put forward.Finally,the comparison of technology and economic benefits shows that the comprehen,sive anaerobic digestion treatment scheme is most suitable for the resource-based treatment of kitchen waste in Yan’an City.The m,ain achievements of this paper are as follows:1.By investigating the composition and characteristics of domestic and kitchen garbage in Yan’an,the current situation of garbage recycling treatment in Yan,’an have been analyzed,the harm caused by these garbage and many problems existing in garbage recycling treatment,such a.s garbage collection,transportation,disposal,management,supervision and punishment,have been summed up,2.Through the analysis of the correlation degree of the influencing factors of the daily life and kitchen waste clearance in this city,the ranking of the correlation intensity of the influencing factors is obtained.It is found that the resident population has the strongest correlation degree to the daily life and kitchen waste clearance.Two grey prediction models of garbage clearance volume were constructed,and back propagation neural network was used to calculate the average absolute percentage error of the three prediction models.The optimal non-linear optimization GM(1,N)model was obtained,and the future life and kitchen garbage clearance volume of the city in 2025,2030 and 2035 were predicted.3.Combining with the present situation of Yan’an,the aerobic composting,feed treatment and comprehensive treatment of anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste were compared in terms of technology and economic benefits.It is found that anaerobic digestion comprehensive treatment is the most advantageous way to treat domestic and kitchen waste in Yan’an.Meanwhile,the implement of anaerobic digestion comprehensive treatment scheme is put forward physical security measures.
