In recent years,thetakeawayis becoming an important form of university students' dining.With the rapid development of science and technology and the progress of society,"the Internet style" has become the youth's normal life.The rapid progress drives people to get help from internet,which leads to the birth and rampant growth of takeaway.Contemporary university students have the distinct characteristics of the times,their pursuit of fashion,leading the trend,and to learn to accept new things is becoming a new driving force to promote the upgrading of consumption structure.In the form of consumption,contemporary university students have a new,fastand changing style of the characteristics of the times,to the new consumer products,the courage to accept the new form.In a sense say,for "network takeaway is becoming a symbol of university students living in the moment" or symbol.Takeaway brings convenience to the life of university students."Staying at home" has become a new way of life.Many students are enjoying being served and eating at home,you can eat delicacy indoors.This dining mode being convenient for university students is helpful to solve them "the basic necessities of life" in the problem of "food".The university life,almost every student is out of the gospel.However,in the contemporary university students to take out o2o bring profit and potential food safety risk greatly.Because of the rapid development of business in the network ordering,convenient student life at the same time,also continue to lead all kinds of food safety problems,especially the "three noes flooding takeaway has aroused concern.With the recent network takeaway food safety risk exposure,food safety Internet takeaway once again raised the concern of the community,the food safety risk management of university students network delivery has become the focus of attention.Control of University Students Network takeaway food safety risks,relevant knowledge of university students need to understand the takeaway food safety risk knowledge(K).Attitude(A)and practice(P).Only on University Students' network takeaway food safety knowledge,attitude and behavior have a basic grasp,in order to accurately determine the form,to seek the effective way to deal with the source,timely identify risk and potential security incidents in the bud.This survey based on University Students Network takeaway food safety risk on the KAP data,using descriptive statistical analysis,empirical research on the variance analysis and other statistical analysis methods,the results show that the delivery of food safety knowledge,there is a strong correlation between the attitude and practice finally contributed to the university students love the network.O2o takeaway takeaway food safety knowledge to decide 73%takeaway attitude,and attitude can determine the behavior of 69%takeaway takeaway,correct takeaway food safety knowledge will lead the students to form a correct view of the takeaway o2o attitude,the attitude of foreign students selling o2o formation,and will guide the outer layer makes the rational order,consumer behavior.For university students network takeout departments,the food safety risk by education in universities,medical authorities,food news media,the public,and the network platform takeaway knowledge,attitude and practice.Joint efforts,collaborative supervision in order to improve the network takeaway food safety risk.Specific to change students'accumulation of network takeaway food safety risk knowledge and gradually form a correct Look at the Internet takeaway attitude,and ultimately the formation of network takeaway rational consumer practice.All universities should intensify the training of university teachers to improve its food safety,food safety to carry out teaching,scientific research ability.The food safety education into the university curriculum,arranged credits,mobilize the enthusiasm of the students should be.Vigorously carry out food safety activities;increase food safety knowledge of university students through activities to help them form a correct attitude to food consumption,make food consumption behavior is reasonable.
