With the improvement of technology and living standards,the take-out food industry has developed rapidly in recent years.The transformation from initial phone ordering to online APP ordering show that the prosperity and competition in the takeout ordering industry,which has become an integral part of the lifestyle of young people.However,the phenomenon also causes people's thinking and attention when this new type of service industry develops rapidly,on the one hand,there are many defects in the form and function of the food delivery packaging,The applicability has not been fully demonstrated and fresh and delicious food cannot be effectively protected by the packaging,on the other hand,the cheap plastic materials were used as a takeout box,which could have negative effect on health and food.What's more,the low degradation performance will lead to the deterioration of the natural environment.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the health and environmental problems caused by takeaway packaging.So far,the consumers do not pay enough attention to the hidden dangers of food delivery packaging.In the second chapter,the functional defects of food delivery packaging and the impact of food delivery packaging materials on food are analyzed in detail,the pollution of waste packaging on the environment and relevant legal norms of food packaging are also elaborated.In the third chapter,taking the applicability design as the basic principle,the group survey and analysis on the food and beverage takeaway packaging are used to discuss the cost applicability,packaging material applicability,packaging function applicability and characteristics of the food and beverage takeaway packaging.Therefore,the physiological and psychological needs of the consumers are deeply analyzed.The design concept of improving health and hygiene,protecting food,green packaging and combining function and aesthetics is established in the fourth chapter,which conforms to the applicability requirements of the users of food and beverage takeaway packaging and the normative requirements of relevant legal systems.The applicability improvement scheme and design practice of food and beverage takeaway packaging are elaborated in chapter 5 and chapter 6.On the basis of the principle of applicability design,improvement schemes such as food packaging classification design,packaging protection function design,distribution function design,convenient use of food takeaway packaging box design and fast differentiation design of takeaway packaging were proposed,and these schemes were described in detail.Methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and practical application are used to comprehensively analyze the actual needs of consumers.The improved design of food and beverage takeaway packaging is implemented on the premise of applicability.The purpose of this study is to solve the problems encountered by consumers to some extent.
