The Analysis Of The Influence And The Countermeasures Of The Food Safety Incidents On China’s Food Trade

Since ancient times,food safety issues are a major livelihood issues.With the globalization of food trade,the national boundaries of food safety are disappearing,so both domestic and foreign countries pay more attention to the safety of food from the world.Especially the development of economy,the emergence of new food and new food technology and the rising income and the living standard,the consumer awareness of food safety is also higher.China’s food safety incidents happen to our country food trade,not only in the domestic,and foreign countries,not only make our domestic consumers lose confidence of food in our country,but also foreign consumer.So the food safety incidents happen frequently has a great influence to our country food trade,especially in the countries GDP,per capita GDP is increasing day by day,trade barriers still prevailing circumstances,frequent occurrence of food safety incidents will decrease China’s food exports,increase food import and decline in the China’s food international competitiveness.This article will focus on these issues.This article will analysis from the two aspects of import and export,but more focus on the export side,specific according to the following several parts.The first part,the research of this topic research background,research significance and the research about ideas.The second part,the paragraph carding domestic and foreign related research,combing the content includes the meaning of food safety and food safety incidents,the effects on the domestic consumer food safety events and the impact on exports.Clear research will be divided into the food safety events influence on domestic consumer confidence,leading to increased imports,and food safety events of China’s food export trade and the impact of the international competitiveness of these two aspects.The third part,this paragraph studies the present situation of food safety incidents,and food trade present situation,and through the SWOT analysis of China’s food exports of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,think food in our country foreign trade industry in addition to the stimulation by food safety incidents,itself also is hampered by the trade barriers of developed countries,especially in the increasingly popular low carbon economy,inevitably there are carbon labels,carbon tariffs and other barriers to low carbon.But the regression coefficient of the empirical results shows that the impact of food safety incidents is greater.The fourth part,the food safety events impact on China’s domestic consumption and imported foods,collecting data by means of questionnaire,this paper studies China’s food safety events happened to China’s domestic consumer confidence,the experience of the imported food purchase and how long the incident after the farewell considering buying domestic same foods,etc.The fifth part,the impact on food export food safety events,this article will collect in 2004-2004,13 years of time series,the United States,Japan,France,Canada,Britain,Germany,Sweden,Australia,New Zealand,South Korea,Russia and Brazil import and export related data of the section,a total of 12 countries using random effects to establish regression model,the empirical analysis of China’s food export trade is not only influenced by non-tariff trade barriers,also affected by food safety incidents in China.The latter will not only deepen influence on China’s food trade industry,and the impact strength is bigger.The sixth part,according to the final conclusion from the government level and enterprise level,industry level and food producers related Suggestions are put forward.
