Background: Eccentric muscle contraction is an inherent component of most exercise,but eccentric exercise is not the only absolute benefit.Repeated eccentric exercise can lead to muscle damage and fatigue,which requires intervention.In recent years,there have been more and more studies related to the use of Chinese herbal medicine plants in exercise,and salidroside has also been widely used in clinical medical research.There are few experimental studies on negative effects.Objective: The efficacy of salidroside in reducing the negative effects of eccentric exercise,reducing symptoms of exercise-induced muscle injury(EIMD)and relieving muscle fatigue was evaluated based on human clinical biochemical values and kinematic data.Methods: This experiment is a randomized double-blind experiment.30 women were randomly assigned to the control group(Placebo),the centrifugal exercise + placebo group(ECC)and the centrifugal exercise + salidroside group(ECC + SA)three groups.Experiments for 4 consecutive weeks,in which the ECC group and the ECC+SA group performed flywheel eccentric squat training 4 times a week,and after 4 weeks,the subjects' related body composition and exercise performance were evaluated according to the two time points before and after the experiment,and then tested for various clinical blood biochemical and anti-fatigue activities.Results: After 4 weeks of salidroside intervention in centrifugal exercise,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the ECC+SA group were significantly decreased.After the power bike exhaustion test,the time to exercise exhaustion was significantly increased,and clinical biochemical data showed that the level of creatine kinase(CK)was significantly decreased and the level of free fatty acids was increased;after the centrifugal flywheel squat test,the blood ammonia(AMM)level was significantly increased.decreased,and free fatty acid levels(FFA)were significantly increased.Conclusion: The results of the study show that salidroside intervention in centrifugal exercise can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body after centrifugal exercise,reduce muscle fatigue and muscle damage induced by centrifugal exercise,and the negative effects of centrifugal exercise are positively regulated by salidroside supplementation.
