Purpose:The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the consistency and correlation between the two technical routes of cardiopulmonary endurance evaluation, and to study the internal relationship and mechanism mechanism,so as to provide theoretical basis for the existing evaluation program, and provide theoretical practice for the better improvement of indicators and evaluation of College Students' Cardiopulmonary Endurance system Reference and data support. Methods:The subjects were college students with physical health in school,34 in social sports major and 34 in general major. The field test was carried out according to the National Students' physical health standard: 1000 meters for men and 800 meters for women. The exercise load function test was carried out again within two weeks. There are two stages in the exercise load function test: the first stage is the 7-minute progressive load test, which collects the heart rate of the subjects in the state of no load, the heart rate in the whole process of the test, the immediate heart rate at the end of the first three minutes of the recovery period, the blood pressure in the state of no load and the blood pressure at the end of the two minutes of the recovery period. After the first stage of the test, the subjects enter the second stage of seven minutes constant load test, the subjects' heart rate at no-load state, heart rate during the whole test, immediate heart rate at the end of every minute in the first three minutes of the recovery period, blood pressure at no-load state and blood pressure at the end of the recovery two minutes after the test were collected.Independent sample t-test was used for data comparison among the same sex groups, and Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis. Results:There was a high consistency and correlation between the results of the field test based on the time score and the results of the laboratory test reflecting the level of physiological function.(1)No matter the male or female students in the 1000 / 800 meter test group use less time than the ordinary students, showing a very significant difference;(2)the measurement of heart rate and blood pressure under no-load state, the results show that there is no significant difference in heart rate under no-load state except for the male students in the two groups.(3)There were significant differences in heart rate and maximum heart rate in the first, second, third, fourth and seventh minutes of incremental load test between boys and girls, and significant differences in average heart rate in the fifth and sixth minutes of incremental load test;significant differences in heart rate, maximum heart rate and average heart rate in the first to seventh minutes of constant load test;no significant differences in indicators between girls and boys. There was an inflection point in the 5th and 6th minute in the general group, which was consistent with the description of heart rate threshold. There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups, but the trend of heart rate in the early stage was higher than that in the general group, and the trend was the same in the later stage.(4)The heart rate and blood pressure of each group were measured in the recovery period of incremental load test and constant load test. The results showed that the heart rate and systolic pressure of the first, second and third minute of the recovery period of incremental load in boys and girls were very significant differences, and the heart rate of the first, second and third minute of the recovery period of constant load was very significant differences, and the first of the recovery period of incremental load in girls and boys were very significant differences The difference of heart rate in the second and third minutes is very significant;the difference of heart rate and systolic pressure in the second and third minutes of the recovery period of constant load is significant;(5)In the incremental load test and the constant load test, the heart rate variability coefficient of male and female sport group were lower than that of male and female normal group, the difference was significant.(6)the change of heart rate in the third, fifth and sixth minutes of incremental load test is moderately correlated with the time of field test(0.4<r<0.7)(P < 0.05),the change of heart rate in the first, second and third minutes of recovery period was highly negatively correlated with the timing of field test(|r|>0.7)(P < 0.01);the change of heart rate in the third, fourth and fifth minutes of constant load test was moderately correlated with the timing of field test(0.4<r<0.7)(P < 0.05),the change amplitude of heart rate in the first, second and third minutes of recovery period was highly negatively correlated with the timing of field test(|r|>0.7)(P < 0.01).Conclusions:(1)The results of 1000 m / 800 m running of college students are consistent with the physiological indexes reflecting cardiovascular function in the exercise load test to a large extent, and have a medium-sized correlation with the level of cardiopulmonary endurance of college students.(2)The results of 1000 m / 800 m of college students have a strong consistency and correlation with the characteristics of heart rate changes in the recovery period of exercise load test. The heart rate index in the recovery period of exercise can be used as an effective index to evaluate cardiopulmonary fitness.(3)The results of 1000 m / 800 m and the physiological reaction state of exercise load test of college students are significantly related to whether they have received exercise training.Exercise training has a great effect on improving the cardiovascular fitness and endurance of college students.
