Research objective: on the basis of previous studies to identify the combination of different exercise modes,exercise intensity,and exercise duration of fat burning effect,in order to provide reference for the formulation of exercise prescription for people who exercise to reduce weight.Methods: 20 obese people as the subjects(male,female each 10),to jog,pace and cycling sports different exercise intensity and exercise duration match as the research object,as a portable gas metabolism meter test equipment,test different combinations of oxygen uptake,oxygen index,index of carbon dioxide,carbon dioxide exhaled,respiratory quotient,ventilation,respiratory frequency,such as oxygen,oxygen aeration pulse equivalent,calculate the fat oxidation rate of different combinations,and analyzes its "quantity-effect relationship.Research results :(1)the comparison of 9 load combinations when riding a power bike reveals that when exercising When the load was controlled at 50%VO2max and the duration was maintained for 30 minutes,the fat oxidation rate reached a large value,and the change of fat oxidation rate of different genders was significantly different(P < 0.05).The maximum fat oxidation rate of males was 0.28±0.08(g/min),and that of females was0.30±0.06(g/min).(2)during vigorous walking,with the increase of load intensity,the body's fat oxidation rate presents a change characteristic of first increasing and then decreasing.When the load intensity was 50%VO2max and the duration was 30 minutes,the fat oxidation rate reached the teaching value,and the change was significantly different(P < 0.05).The maximum fat oxidation rate was 0.25±0.03(g/min)for men and 0.26±0.06(g/min)for women.(3)by comparing 9 different exercise combinations during jogging,it was found that when the intensity was 50%VO2max and the time was 30 minutes,the fat oxidation rate of the body showed a large value.The fat oxidation rate was 0.36±0.09(g/min)for men and 0.38±0.06(g/min)for women.Conclusions :(1)the oxygen consumption,oxygen ventilation equivalent,metabolic equivalent and other values of bicycle are significantly lower than that of running platform,and the breathing exchange rate of brisk walking is higher than that of bicycle and jogging.(2)there was no significant difference in the maximum fat oxidation rate in the intensity of cycling,brisk walking and jogging,but there was a significant difference in the maximum fat oxidation rate.At the same exercise intensity and time,jogging consumes the largest amount of fat oxidation,followed by brisk walking,and cycling the smallest.(3)under the VO2 max condition of keeping the exercise load intensity at 50%-60%,continuous exercise for 30-40 minutes can mobilize fat to participate in the oxidation energy supply to a greater extent.(4)with the same exercise intensity and time,the fat oxidation amount and energy supply ratio of jogging are significantly higher than that of cycling and brisk walking.The amount of calories and fat burned during jogging is more efficient than cycling.(5)with the same exercise intensity and time,women burn more fat than men.
