Objective:By acute low-intensity aerobic exercise different durations of change on arterial stiffness in healthy young men and related indicators,to seek the most appropriate exercise time.Method:Twenty healthy young men randomized controlled crossover balanced experiment program blank control scheme(CON),5min exercise program(5min),10min exercise program(10min),15min exercise program(15min)and 30min exercise program(30min)were observed motion before(baseline,BL),immediately(0min),10min,20min and 40min changes in five time points after exercise the arterial stiffness after exercise,and also that cardiac output(CO),stroke output(SV),blood pressure(BP)and other cardiac parameters as relevant reference index.Among them,Arterial stiffness was evaluated to CAVI(Cardio-ankle vascular index,CAVI).Cardiac output,stroke volume was measured by Finometer pro.Results:The control program at five time points CAVI values were:6.68 ± 0.15,6.81± 0.16,6.91 ± 0.17,6.84 ± 0.15 and 6.71± 0.19,no difference(P>0.05).5min duration of exercise program are five points of time in the value of 6.80± 0.13,6.19 ±0.13,6.29 ± 0.15,6.48 ± 0.14 and 6.64 ± 0.14,immediately after exercise and after exercise 10min was significant difference(P<0.05);duration of exercise program 10min were 6.63± 0.13,5.94 ± 0.17,6.26± 0.15,6.31± 0.14 and 6.78± 0.14 in time value of five points;duration of exercise program in five 15min point values were 6.65 ± 0.13,5.90 ± 0.16,6.13±0.14,6.27 ± 0.16 and 6.62 ± 0.12;duration of exercise program at five points 30min values were 6.84±0.13,5.95 ± 0.12,6.00±0.11,6.44 ±0.12 and 6.71± 0.13.These four programs immediately after exercise(0min)CAVI were significantly decreased(P<0.01),in which the duration of the motion effect 5min can continue to campaign after 10min,10min,15min and duration of exercise effect can continue until 30min after exercise 20min,40min when CAVI back to baseline.Whether before exercise or after exercise,subjects showed no significant change in blood pressure;immediately after exercise were significantly higher output and stroke volume and cardiac output volume(P<0.01),in which cardiac output this indicator,the duration as a change in 30min after exercise were significantly higher than the duration of 5min motion(P<0.05),stroke volume between each exercise program no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Movement reduce arterial stiffness is a low threshold phenomenon,short duration low intensity cycle 5min will be able to effectively reduce arterial stiffness,longer duration(10min,15min and 30min)the effect of exercise on arterial stiffness basic similar.Duration of low-intensity exercise for 30min immediately after exercise influence on cardiac output than 5min.After the low-intensity exercise different durations,stroke volume and total peripheral resistance will change dramatically,but these changes are only reflected in immediately after exercise.Low-intensity exercise of different durations will not cause significant effects on blood pressure and body temperature.
