Research On Model And Application Of Coastal Ecosystem Service Value Evaluation

Marine ecosystems provide environment,resources and services for the development of human society.The study of ecosystem services and value is of great significance to national economic accounting,paid use of marine ecosystem services,ecological compensation or compensation,marine or coastal spatial planning,and integrated coastal zone management.In particular,the coastal ecosystem is affected by human activities,and its value fluctuates greatly,which is a hot area of research in recent years.However,the research on ecosystem services in the marine field is still immature,and the indicator system and assessment methods still need to be improved.This paper constructs a set of operable evaluation index system and calculation model for more effective evaluation and provides reference for my country's marine management.The main content and conclusions of this paper:(1)Firstly,we collect and sort out the domestic and foreign literature on the classification of marine ecosystem services.Based on the framework of supply service,regulation service,cultural service and support service,comparative analysis of each service type is carried out to determine the evaluation index system of this paper(two-level index):Supply services:food supply,raw material supply and genetic resources;Regulation services:carbon fixation,oxygen production,water purification,biological control,interference regulation;Cultural services:leisure,entertainment and cultural purposes.To avoid double counting,support services do not do calculations.(2)Based on the 10 service types of the evaluation index system,the methods of ecological value evaluation at home and abroad are collected,and the most suitable evaluation methods are determined by analyzing and selecting parameters one by one.At the same time,innovations and improvements have been made to the evaluation methods of four types of services:water purification,biological control,disturbance regulation,and recreation.A set of evaluation models is formed in the form of software.(3)Finally,Dalian coastal zone are taking as the research object,the above model is applied in practice.The Dalian sea area is divided into urban areas,Wafangdian,Zhuanghe,and Changhai counties to evaluate 10 service types and sum up.The results show that the total value of ecosystem services is 133.299 billion yuan,and the ecological value per unit area is 4.4331million yuan/km~2.According to the evaluation results of value volume by type,the first level indicators:supply services account for 43.86%,cultural services account for 48.94%,which belongs to the dominant service of sea area.Regulation services account for 7.20%,which is also an important part that can not be ignored.Secondary indicators:leisure and entertainment accounted for 48.86%,food supply accounted for 25.06%,and genetic resources accounted for 18.75%.According to the evaluation results of regional value,the highest is urban area accounting for 67.32%,followed by Changhai County accounting for 15.23%,Zhuanghe accounting for11.71%,and Wafangdian accounting for 5.73%.The various functions of the Dalian coastal ecosystem have greatly promoted the development of the coastal economy.Through the evaluation of the value of Dalian coastal ecosystem services,we put forward three suggestions for marine ecosystem services,namely maintenance,restoration and improvement,so that the coastal ecosystem can achieve maximum benefits.
