Knowledge alliance is a long-term cooperation organization composed of two or more enterprises.They may have equal strength or complementary resources.Their main purpose is to occupy a certain market,research and innovate technology,share knowledge or technology resources and enhance their competitiveness.In recent years,the development of knowledge economy is becoming more and more dominant in all kinds of economy.Knowledge has become an indispensable factor in the fierce competition of enterprises,which makes the trend of enterprises to cooperate and form knowledge alliance is evolving.More and more enterprise managers begin to pay attention to the importance of knowledge management and realize the importance of knowledge The importance of digging,acquiring,sorting and innovation to the development of enterprises,especially the hidden tacit knowledge which is not easy to find.The technology-based enterprise is one of the most dynamic industries at present,and as an organization with outstanding knowledge,the mining and innovation of tacit knowledge is one of the important sources of its core competitiveness.Therefore,in the face of huge market competition and various risks,how to absorb the external knowledge of the enterprise and improve the knowledge management and innovation of the enterprises in the alliance has become an urgent task for the technology-based enterprises To solve the problem.Tacit knowledge,as the core competitiveness of science and technology enterprises,plays an important role in knowledge alliance.Tacit knowledge transfer between enterprises is the necessary process of enterprise knowledge alliance,and the efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer will directly affect the effect of enterprise cooperation.Therefore,the research on tacit knowledge transfer in alliance has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the analysis of the knowledge transfer activities in the knowledge alliance of science and technology enterprises,this paper establishes the behavior evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer.Based on the analysis of knowledge transfer behavior of alliance participating enterprises,this paper finds out the main obstacles of knowledge transfer between alliances.On the basis of model analysis,combined with the factors that affect the knowledge transfer of science and technology enterprises,it improves the evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer,constructs the evolutionary game model of tacit knowledge transfer by using replication dynamic equation,and makes an in-depth analysis of the model At last,the effective methods to promote the integration and management of tacit knowledge in knowledge alliance are obtained,and three suggestions are put forward: establishing a good knowledge transfer environment,improving the knowledge transfer mechanism and improving the knowledge management ability of science and technology enterprises.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide reference for the healthy innovation and development of China's science and technology enterprises.
