As a source of knowledge innovation and connection of high and new technologyenterprise bridge, science and technology incubator has become small and mid-sizedenterprise to promote the powerful support power. Especially in today’s knowledge economyera, the sustainable development of enterprise core competitiveness and to a certain extentdepends on the new economic growth point, therefore, China science and technologyincubation service focus also began to transfer knowledge innovation direction. It is in thiscontext, this paper analyzed the basic outlook effect on our country’s technology incubatorsof knowledge innovation effects, and the research methods of the system dynamics of thefactors affecting the model building and simulation, and to promote the innovation ability oftechnology incubators knowledge countermeasures were proposed.First, this paper summarized the incubator of science and technology and the knowledgeservice of the relevant theoretical research, and summarized the existing research, draw theincubator of science and technology knowledge service two key factors of the impact oftechnology research and development ability, intellectual force capital and knowledge transfer; Secondly, the author based on the system dynamics method and by using VENSIMPLE software, build the knowledge service system of science and technology incubatorpower model, once again, this article USES the causal tree analysis and cause and effectfeedback loop two methods for the knowledge services of incubator system dynamic modelof the causal relationship between the comb principle; Finally, after the identification of theinitial value and the model set up, the system module type for the validation and the degree ofsensitivity test, and through the different scenarios simulation analysis, to improve thescience and technology incubator function of knowledge service countermeasures are putforward.The author in the process of writing, adopt from theory to quantitative analysis of thisorder. Paper first from the theory level, analyzes the science and technology incubators andhatching enterprise, the relationship between the tacit knowledge, then incubator is analyzedfrom the point of view of knowledge transfer process of knowledge service, and respectivelyfrom the relationship capital, intellectual capital and capital structure three aspects discussesthe role of intellectual capital in knowledge service, the quantified by system dynamicsmodeling and simulation of the knowledge service of the influence of the technologyinnovation research and development. The research results show that the increase in incubatorstructure capital value-added services of incubators, knowledge service ability and enterprise technology innovation performance has a positive role; Improving incubator contact withtacit knowledge effectiveness over the total external human capital, knowledge serviceincubator incubator, incubator, internal human capital and the incubated enterprises played asignificant role in technology innovation.
