As a kind of capital of enterprises, knowledge plays a vital role in the growth and innovation of enterprises. In a knowledge-based society, the constant process of accumulating and absorbing new knowledge has become an inexhaustible driving force for the growth companies.Only by continuously conducting knowledge search can companies better carry out innovation activities and grow in the original network. There are many ways to search for knowledge.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper divides knowledge search activities into interactive and non-interactive knowledge search activities.Different knowledge search strategies will have different impacts on the development of enterprises.Appropriate knowledge search strategies and behavior pattern selection are effective ways for enterprises to enhance their stock knowledge, knowledge search ability, absorptive capacity and improve their technological innovation ability through knowledge search. In the same cluster network, under the guidance of the “optimal strategy of interest”,both core and non-core enterprises will constantly change their strategies to obtain maximum benefits. From the perspective of evolutionary economics, this paper uses the related theories of evolutionary game, knowledge search, enterprise growth and knowledge transfer to study the choice of knowledge search strategies of non-core enterprises and core enterprises in the process of system evolution. And it builds a knowledge search model of the dynamic game between the core enterprise and the core enterprise, alongside, the simulation method is used to simulate the game process between noncore enterprises and core enterprises. This paper has four main research directions: Firstly, based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper tries to study that choices of non-core enterprises and core enterprises' knowledge search strategies can be affected by what kind of factors.Secondly, during the process of system evolution, under the guidance of the “revenue optimal strategy”,non-core enterprises and core enterprises will choose what kind of knowledge search strategy when they face different initial values and parameter values.Thirdly, how would non-core enterprises and core enterprises make adjustments to its own knowledge search strategy when they predict that other party members have make a series of strategic adjustments.Fourth,in the process of system evolution,to study what effects does the different strategic choices of non-core enterprises and core enterprises have on the other companies and cluster networks. The simulation results show that the choice of knowledge search strategy for non-core enterprises and core enterprises is affected by many factors.Under different circumstances, the system has different evolution trends. In the case of parameter setting, the choice of knowledge search strategy for non-core enterprises and core enterprises mainly depends on losses suffered by one party member causing by the other company's choice of non-interactive search strategy, and the non-interactive party's gains of knowledge spillovers acquired from the interaction party.Besides,it also depends on the losses for penalties, litigation costs, etc.that one company faced by choosing non-interactive knowledge search strategy.
