Research On Evolutionary Game Of Knowledge Chain Cooperation Relationship Of New Generation Information Technology Industry

The new-generation information technology industry is one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China,which plays an important role in China's social development and the rapid growth of the national economy.At present,China's new generation of information technology industry is in a critical period of rapid development,but due to the shortcomings of its lack of innovation ability to limit the further development of the new generation of information technology industry.Knowledge innovation has become a new way for the development of the new generation of information technology industry.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is the key factor of social and economic development,and the knowledge chain has also become the main content to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry.Therefore,ensuring a good cooperative relationship of knowledge chain plays a positive role in guiding the knowledge innovation and technological innovation development of the new generation of information technology industry.Therefore,this paper takes the new generation of information technology industry as the research object,and applies the evolutionary game theory method to conduct an in-depth study on the evolutionary game of the knowledge chain cooperation relationship of the new generation of information technology industry,so as to put forward reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the knowledge chain cooperation of the new generation of information technology industry in China.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development characteristics and problems of the new generation of information technology industry,and constructs the conceptual model of the knowledge chain of the new generation of information technology industry.This paper analyzes the cooperative relationship of knowledge chain,defines the evolutionary stages of the cooperative relationship of knowledge chain from the perspective of evolutionary game theory,and probes into the evolutionary process of the cooperative relationship of knowledge chain in different stages.Secondly,based on the theory analysis,applied the method of evolutionary game to a new generation of information technology industry knowledge chain cooperation relationship between the various stages of evolution,build a evolutionary game model of cooperation early and late,and local stability analysis of the model,discusses stock of knowledge,cooperation degree,cooperative ability and the change of parameters such as the government rewards on the result of system evolution;Again,the beginning of the cooperation of knowledge chain and the influence factors of cooperation in the late evolutionary game process to set the initial parameters,using the MATLAB software were carried out on the evolutionary game model simulation,according to the analysis,the simulation results is given consistency checking of the model analysis and simulation results,and knowledge chain partnership evolutionary game simulation conclusion;Finally,based on the theoretical and model analysis results of the evolutionary game of the cooperative relationship of the new generation of information technology industry knowledge chain,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the cooperation of the new generation of information technology industry knowledge chain from the perspectives of the early stage,the early stage,the late stage and the overall cooperation of the industrial knowledge chain.
