In 2004,the Ministry of Education issued the "master of rural education teacher training plan",which encourages outstanding undergraduate graduates to teach in grass-roots rural schools with weak educational foundation.The main purpose is to solve the problems of the lack of rural teachers and the low overall quality.As the main participant of the plan,the professional level of the master of rural education directly affects the implementation of the plan.Therefore,the development of professional ability of rural education masters during the period of supporting education is also a problem worthy of attention and research.This thesis adopts the research method of educational narrative,based on a large number of literature collection,selects Teacher Zhang,Teacher Wang and Teacher Lei as the research objects,and explores the professional ability development of the three students.Through a large number of interviews and on-the-spot observation,this paper describes and reorganizes the process of the three physics agricultural postgraduates choosing the "master plan" and the "key" events in their three-year teaching career,and then uses the grounded theory for coding analysis to find out the factors that affect the professional ability growth of the three physics agricultural postgraduates.The favorable factors are: the formation of self-development consciousness,the cultivation of teaching reflection habit,good professional ability development platform,and the reasonable setting of teaching and research group.The unfavorable factors are: the unstable mentality of agricultural postgraduates,the lack of scientific research consciousness of agricultural postgraduates,the formalization of teaching and research group activities,the unreasonable teacher apprenticeship configuration and guidance mode,and the loss of training subject of agricultural postgraduates.Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the professional ability of the students from three perspectives.From the perspective of the students,they should form a good habit of teaching reflection,deeply study the physics texts,and establish the "two learning concepts".From the perspective of the rural schools,they should establish a learning community,carry out school-based training guided by scientific research,optimize the activities of teaching and research groups,improve the allocation and guidance mode of the apprenticeship system,and cultivate students' professional ability.From the perspective of the University: all colleges provide pre job guidance for agricultural postgraduates,and develop a distance learning exchange platform for agricultural postgraduates.
