As China has entered a new stage of development,and the people's urgent pursuit of a high-quality life,the contradiction between supply and demand caused by the shortage of water resources has become more and more serious.It has hindered the rapid development of current society.The Yumenkou Irrigation District which involved in Yuncheng and Linfen's11 countries is the largest irrigation district in Shanxi Province,and it has an important influence on the economic development of Shanxi Province.However,the lack of water resources has seriously affected the agricultural and economic development of the region.At the same time,the Yellow River Diversion Index of Shanxi Province still remains.Therefore,increasing the amount of surface water used in the mainstream of the Yellow River to meet the increasing water demand in the irrigation area is the first choice to solve the current contradiction between water supply and demand in the Yumenkou Irrigation District.The Academic paper studies the balance of water supply and demand and reasonable allocation of water resources for the expansion project of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Yumenkou Irrigation District.The specific content and main conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to analyze the area's physical geography,socioeconomic and water intake project construction overview,survey and collect the area data involved in the Yumenkou Yellow Irrigation District.(2)Analyzing and calculating the water consumption of the four sectors in the study area in the current level year(2016):life,agriculture,industry and ecology.The current total annual water consumption is 428.85 million m~3.Among them,agricultural irrigation water consumption is 296.43 million m~3,industrial water consumption is 101.02 million m~3,domestic water consumption is 28.4 million m~3,and ecological water consumption is 3million m~3.Summarizing the current situation,there are problems of prominent contradiction between supply and demand,low water efficiency,and serious over-exploitation of groundwater.(3)Analyzing the development and utilization of water resources in the irrigation area according to the water resources of the irrigation area and local agricultural development plans.It can be seen that the development and utilization of local water resources is relatively high and there is no development potential.It is necessary to increase the water diversion from the Yellow River to alleviate the problem of water shortage.(4)It is predicted that the domestic,agricultural,industrial and ecological water demand in the planning level year(2025)is 768.18 million m~3.The agricultural irrigation water demand is 501.79 million m~3.The guarantee rate is 75%.The Industrial water demand is175.24 million m~3.The guarantee rate is 95%.The domestic water demand is 42.77 million m~3.The guarantee rate is 95%.The Ecological water demand is 48.38 million m~3,The guarantee rate is 95%.(5)Analyzing the water-saving potential of each water sector,optimizing crop irrigation system,planting structure,canal system transformation and supporting facilities construction,rationally adjusting crop irrigation quota,and increasing water utilization coefficient,agricultural water can save 338.76 million m~3.(6)In order to analyze the time period supply and demand of the typical year 2015 when the frequency of incoming water is 75%,the annual runoff inflow and water demand of Longmen Hydrological Station are analyzed.In the 36 days of the year,there were 12 days that did not meet the demand for water supply.The maximum water shortage was 24.69million m~3and the maximum continuous water shortage was 95.49 million m~3.It was supplied through 20 supporting storage projects,with a total storage capacity of 11220.7 10,000 m~3,which can meet the demand for regulation and storage.(7)In view of the problems in the balance of supply and demand,following the principles of water conservation,rational utilization,and optimal allocation,it is possible to propose water allocation plans for each water source in the planning year for different water use departments.Yumenkou Irrigation District has a planned annual water supply range of76.17 million m~3,with surface water of the main stream of the Yellow River 602.55 million m~3(agricultural year diversion of 393.92 million m~3,industrial year diversion of 16.26 million m~3of yellow water,and ecological year 48.38 million m~3),local surface water volume is61.77 million m~3(all used for agricultural irrigation),ground water volume is 88.87 million m~3(domestic water 42.77 million m~3,agricultural water 46.1 million m~3),and 14.98 million m~3of reclaimed water is reused(All used for industrial production),and analyze the impact of water diversion from the Yellow River on the region.
