At present,the seawater desalination technology is rapidly developed more mature,and a lot of water-deficient cities already use seawater desalination water as necessary supplement for urban water supply.The seawater desalination water has special water quality,the water quality of the seawater desalination water is too pure,compared with tap water,the seawater desalination water is extremely low in mineral content,and the health problem can be caused to the body due to long-term drinking of a human body.At home and abroad,there are a lot of mature research results on safety transportation and distribution of the desalination water in an existing pipe network and a new pipe network,wherein the existing pipe network and the new pipe network adopt different materials,however,in a new pipe network transportation and distribution process,the p Henomena that the corrosion-resistant layer corrosion is serious and certain water quality indexes exceed the standard often exist,so that the local production domestic water safety is seriously affected;and besides a common solution that a transportation and distribution material is improved and remineralization of the sea water desalination water is conducted,and the seawater desalination water is mixed with the tap water in a certain proportion before entering a municipal pipe network as well.The topic aims to conduct exploration on the stability of water entering the municipal water supply pipe network after the membrane-method seawater desalination water is mixed with the surface water.The desalination water uses the seawater reverse osmosis effluent as the source water,and is mixed with the tap water taken the Luanhe River water and river water as water sources,and then the mixed water enters the dynamic simulated municipal pipe network.The water quality stability and corrosion control problems of the kind of water quality to a newly-made cement mortar lining ball-milled cast iron pipe and the galvanized steel pipe is researched to obtain the following results that:(1)The corrosion effect of several factors on the cement mortar lining ball-milled cast iron pipe and the galvanized steel pipe is researched through a single factor experiment,the corrosion of the new cement mortar lining pipe and the water quality stability in the newly-made galvanized steel pipe can be directly or indirectly influenced by selecting chloride ions,the total hardness,the total alkalinity and the p H as well as sulfate ions.(2)The research shows that in the newly-made cement mortar lining ball-milled cast iron pipe and the galvanized steel pipe,if the water quality that the chloride ions are too high,the water is acidic or alkaline and the concentration of calcium-magnesium ions is low in the water,the corrosion to coffins is serious,the water quality of the water cannot reach the standard,and the water supply safety is threatened.It is suggested that when the water quality is regulated and purified,sulfate ions and the chloride ions in the water can be specially considered.(3)By using statistical methods and SPSS software to compare and analyze the relevant data of this experiment,a silicate dissolution model was constructed.some factors are removed,and the stepwise regression is more accurate than the complete regression model.(4)The blending ratio of the Luanhe River water in the cement mortar lining ball-milled cast iron pipe to the first-grade or second-grade reverse osmosis seawater desalination water is 3 to 1 or above,the optimal blending ratio of the Luanhe River water to the first-grade or second-grade reverse osmosis seawater desalination water is 4 to 1,the blending ratio of the river water in the cement mortar lining ball-milled cast iron pipe to the desalination water is 2 to 1 or above,and the blending ratio of the river water and the Luanhe River water in the galvanized steel pipe to the desalination water is 4 to 1.
