Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of head down strong abdominal breathing training on pulmonary function of college students.Based on the previous case practice,it is assumed that it can enhance the pulmonary function. Methods: A total of 60 college students from Anqing Normal University were randomly divided into experimental group(male),control group(male),experimental group(female)and control group(female). All subjects were informed of the purpose and content of the experiment and signed informed consent. The experimental group was intervened with inverted abdominal breathing training for 8 weeks, while the control group was not intervened and had normal study and life.By using the methods of literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics, the experimental method mainly used the multi-functional standard treadmill(H / P / cosmos qussar)combined with Mc Afee vo2000 to test the lung function indexes. Results: Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the static relative VO2 and VO2 between male ? control group and female ? control group(P > 0.05),there was significant difference between male and female(P < 0.05).Before and after the experiment, there was no significant difference in the appearance time of VO2 max among the experimental group(P = 0.62),the control group(P = 0.64)and the control group(P = 0.74),but there was significant difference between the experimental group(P = 0.043)and the control group(P = 0.40)and the control group(P = 0.20)(P = 0.000)and female(P = 0.000)in the experimental group, with very significant difference;the maximum oxygen uptake, male(P = 0.90)and female(P = 0.21)in the control group, had no significant difference;the male(P = 0.000)and female(P = 0.000)in the experimental group, with very significant difference;the maximum carbon dioxide output, male(P = 0.22)and female(P = 0.23)in the control group, had no significant difference There was no significant difference in respiratory quotient between male(P = 0.49),female(P = 0.50),male(P = 0.63)and female(P = 0.53)in the experimental group;there was no significant difference in respiratory frequency between male(P = 0.39),female(P = 0.65),male(P = 0.86)and female(P = 0.53)in the experimental group There was no significant difference in the tidal volume of the experimental group(P =0.96),the control group(P = 0.63)and the control group(P = 0.44),but there was significant difference in the experimental group(P = 0.01).There was no significant difference in the minute ventilation volume of the experimental group(P = 0.07),the control group(P = 0.19)and the control group(P = 0.92)There was no significant difference in oxygen ventilation equivalent between male(P = 0.38)and female(P = 0.84)in the experimental group and female(P = 0.04)in the control group;there was no significant difference in maximal oxygen pulse between female(P = 0.33),male(P = 0.08)and female(P = 0.60)in the experimental group and male(P = 0.05)There was no significant difference in the relative oxygen uptake between the control group(P = 0.56)and the control group(P = 0.89),the experimental group(P = 0.04)and the experimental group(P = 0.002).Conclusions: This study shows that after 8 weeks of handstand abdominal breathing training, the comprehensive index of cardiopulmonary function of ordinary college students has a benign change, and handstand abdominal breathing training can be used as a training method for college students' cardiopulmonary exercise.
