The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a macro plan for the development of China's sports, and put forward the project of "accelerating the construction of sports power".As a specific reflection of the Chinese dream in the field of sports, sports power dream ushered in vigorous vitality for the development of sports education. In the era of rapid development of data and information, people's "office sickness" is becoming more and more common, which resulting in people's sub-health.In the context of the State Council's "healthy China2030" plan outline to strengthen the integration of physical education and medicine.College physical education as the last stage of physical education,in order to respond to the national "healthy China strategy" for talent requirements,we must explore a "combination of physical and medical" road to ensure that college students have a stronger physique and adapt to society.College students generally have body posture problems caused by poor lifestyle, which lead to muscle fatigue and pain.As a means of sports rehabilitation training,Pilates can improve body posture, spine function, flexibility, core strength and promote physical and mental health. In view of the common problems existing in college students' body posture,it is urgent for college to design a set of "Pilates +" courses with strong praticality and wide applicability,so as to lay a solid foundation for lifelong sports and sports power. In this study, the students of the 2017 undergraduate "Pilates + yoga" physical education public option course of Fujian Normal University are taken as the experimental objects, and the students of the yoga physical education public option course are taken as the control objects for a one-year teaching experiment.Combined with the literature analysis method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire survey method and educational action research method, the four indexes of spinal function, spinal posture, spinal flexibility and spinal stability were compared and studied. The specific research contents and results are as follows:Practice test:(1)according to the data comparison between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment, there are significant differences in the indexes of spine function and posture(P < 0.01);there are differences in the indexes of spine flexibility and stability(P < 0.05);it is confirmed that "Pilates +" course has a positive impact on the indexes of spine function of female college students and has an adjustment effect on their body posture.(2)According to the data comparison between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment, there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment in spinal function and spinal stability(P< 0.01);there are differences in the indexes of spine posture and flexibility(P<0.05);in the control group, only spinal function, spinal flexibility and spinal stability were improved slowly before and after the experiment, but there was no significant difference;the results show that "Pilates +" course has a more significant positive impact on spinal function than "regular yoga" course.Course suggestions:(1)combine the advantages of "Pilates +" course, carry out course design and Optimization in multiple directions;(2)rely on university resources, train professional teachers in multiple channels;(3)strengthen the publicity and support of Pilates movement;(4)use network resource platform to stimulate and cultivate students' interest and potential of independent learning.
