In recent years,the emergence of weight-loss training camps has attracted many obese people.The weight-loss training camps ensure that the corresponding weight loss is carried out within the specified time by signing a contract.It is found that the weight-loss training camps reduce weight by controlling diet and large-scale aerobic training for a long time.Although the weight will drop significantly in a short time,it is not conducive to the maintenance of body weight,And long-term aerobic training will also lead to rapid muscle loss.Many studies have shown that high intensity interval training(HIIT)and aerobic exercise are being adopted by many obese people.These two types of exercise are not only safe,but also more effective than other methods of weight loss.Although there are many ways to lose weight in these two ways,these studies only use one of aerobic training or high-intensity interval training for research,and lack of research on the effect of weight loss under the combined action of multiple methods.Research purpose:To compare the effects of aerobic exercise alone on the body weight,BMI,visceral fat content,skeletal muscle content,waist-hip fat ratio,body fat percentage,waist circumference,arm circumference,leg circumference and other indicators of 18-22 year old college students under the mode of high-intensity interval training combined with aerobic exercise,resistance training and weight loss training camp.Research methods:Thirty-two obese or overweight college students aged 18-22(16 males and 16 females)were randomly divided into two equal groups(BMI range≥24kg/m~2).They were given HIIT combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training and routine training in weight loss training camp for four weeks(six days a week,three classes a day),and were divided into HIIT group(HIIT combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training)and aerobic group(routine training in weight loss training camp).In the aerobic group,the training method of weight loss training camp is mainly used for training,which is mainly the medium-intensity aerobic training of three classes per day;In the HIIT group,based on the training method of weight loss training camp,the morning course was replaced by HIIT training,the afternoon course was replaced by resistance training,and the evening course remained aerobic cycling unchanged.During the whole experimental intervention process,the diet and work and rest rules of the two groups were kept the same.The body weight,BMI,visceral fat content,skeletal muscle content,waist-hip fat ratio,body fat percentage,waist circumference,arm circumference,leg circumference and other indicators of the two groups were measured before and after the experiment.Results:(1)The weight of boys in both groups decreased significantly(HIIT group:105.65±10.05 vs 96.48±11.32 kg;aerobic group:111.69±13.50 vs 101.55±13.04 kg,p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(96.48±11.32 vs 101.55±13.04 kg,p>0.05);The weight of girls in the two groups decreased significantly(HIIT group:87.36±11.53 vs 80.79±9.26 kg;aerobic group:90.43±13.35 vs 81.71±10.65 kg,p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(80.79±9.26 vs 81.71±10.65 kg,p>0.05).(2)BMI of boys in both groups decreased significantly(HIIT group:33.23±2.43 vs 30.34±3.18 kg/m~2;aerobic group:35.66±4.75 vs 32.43±4.60 kg/m~2,p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(30.34±3.18 vs 32.43±4.60 kg/m~2,p>0.05);BMI of female students in the two groups decreased significantly(HIIT group:32.09±2.62 vs 29.63±1.64 kg/m~2;aerobic group:32.53±3.98 vs 29.41±3.18 kg/m~2,p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(29.63±1.64 vs 29.41±3.18 kg/m~2,p>0.05).(3)The visceral fat of boys in both groups was significantly reduced(HIIT group:17.88±3.09 vs12.44±3.06 kg;aerobic group:18.50±4.23 vs 16.63±4.32 kg,p<0.01),and the HIIT group was more significant than the aerobic group(12.44±3.06 vs 16.63±4.32 kg,p<0.05);The visceral fat of girls in both groups was significantly reduced(HIIT group:11.38±2.36 vs 7.44±2.40 kg;aerobic group:12.44±3.23 vs 10.44±2.67 kg,p<0.01),and the HIIT group was more significant than the aerobic group(7.44±2.40 vs 10.44±2.67 kg,p<0.05).(4)The skeletal muscle content of boys in the two groups was significantly increased in the HIIT group(38.63±2.55 vs 40.39±1.94 kg,p<0.01),and significantly decreased in the aerobic group(39.18±2.82vs 36.75±3.05 kg,p<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(40.39±1.94 vs 36.75±3.05 kg,p<0.05);The skeletal muscle content of female students in the two groups was significantly increased in the HIIT group(26.08±1.70 vs 27.28±1.84 kg,p<0.05),and significantly decreased in the aerobic group(27.14±2.52 vs 24.80±2.45 kg,p<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(27.28±1.84 vs 24.80±2.45 kg,p<0.05).(5)The waist-hip fat ratio of boys in both groups was significantly reduced(HIIT group:0.95±0.05 vs 0.90±0.05;aerobic group:0.98±0.05 vs 0.93±0.07,p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between HIIT group and aerobic group(0.90±0.05 vs 0.93±0.07,p>0.05);The waist and hip fat ratio of girls in both groups was significantly reduced(HIIT group:0.89±0.05 vs 0.87±0.06;aerobic group:0.93±0.05 vs 0.90±0.04,p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between HIIT group and aerobic group(0.90±0.05 vs 0.93±0.07,p>0.05).(6)Body fat percentage of boys in both groups decreased significantly(HIIT group:29.88±3.24 vs 24.20±3.23 fat%;aerobic group:30.49±3.11 vs 27.73±2.74 fat%,p<0.01),and HIIT group was more significant than aerobic group(24.20±3.23 vs 27.73±2.74 fat%,p<0.05);The percentage of body fat of female students in both groups decreased significantly(HIIT group:40.26±2.99 vs 36.80±2.10 fat%;aerobic group:41.03±2.51 vs 39.66±2.38fat%,p<0.01),and the percentage of body fat in HIIT group was more significant than that in aerobic group(36.80±2.10 vs 39.66±2.38 fat%,p<0.05).(7)Waist circumference(HIIT group:115.91±6.45 vs 105.58±8.34 cm;aerobic group:115.88±9.53 vs 105.19±8.57 cm,p<0.01)arm circumference(HIIT group:36.53±3.59 vs 35.30±3.67 cm;aerobic group:38.05±3.91 vs36.15±3.41 cm,p<0.05)leg circumference(HIIT group:68.60±4.27 vs 64.71±5.02 cm;aerobic group:70.31±4.18 vs 66.35±4.52 cm,p<0.01)were significantly reduced,There was no significant difference between HIIT group and aerobic group(waist circumference:105.58±8.34 vs 105.19±8.57 cm,p>0.05;arm circumference:35.30±3.67 vs 36.15±3.41 cm,p>0.05;leg circumference:64.71±5.02 vs 66.35±4.52 cm,p>0.05);Waist circumference(HIIT group:99.95±11.99 vs 92.09±10.36 cm;aerobic group:103.50±14.53 vs 94.49±11.86 cm,p<0.01)arm circumference(HIIT group:34.88±2.45 vs 33.51±2.57 cm;aerobic group:35.79±2.64 vs34.00±1.96 cm,p<0.01)leg circumference(HIIT group:67.48±3.98 vs 62.46±3.32 cm;aerobic group:67.35±4.82 vs 61.75±3.50 cm,p<0.01)were significantly decreased,There was no significant difference between HIIT group and aerobic group(waist circumference:92.09±10.36 vs 94.49±11.86 cm,p>0.05;arm circumference:33.51±2.57 vs 34.00±1.96 cm,p>0.05;leg circumference:62.46±3.32 vs 61.75±3.50 cm,p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)4-week high-intensity interval training combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training can reduce the visceral fat content of the subjects,which is more significant than aerobic exercise alone;(2)4-week high-intensity interval training combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training can increase the skeletal muscle content of the subjects,while aerobic exercise alone can significantly reduce the skeletal muscle content;(3)4-week high-intensity interval training combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training can reduce the body weight of the subjects,and there is no significant difference between the two groups;(4)Four weeks of high-intensity interval training combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training can reduce the BMI index of the subjects,and there is no significant difference between them and aerobic exercise alone;(5)Four-week high-intensity interval training combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training can reduce the waist circumference,arm circumference,leg circumference and waist to hip ratio of the subjects,and there is no significant difference between them and aerobic exercise alone.
