Evaluation And Prediction Of Resources And Environmental In Henan Province

In recent years,because of the rapid development of China's social economy,the continuous increase of population,the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the increasing danger of resources and environment,and the increasing contradiction between population,resources,environment and development.And sharper.The development of social economy needs the development and utilization of resources,which leads to a lot of waste.Although resources and environment have a certain ability to purify,after all,the capacity is limited,and human activities can be relatively infinitely destructive.Therefore,once human activities are very excessive,it will inevitably affect resources and environment.This will lead to an indirect decline in productivity,which will not only destroy the natural environment of human life,but also hinder the development and progress of human society.At present,it is a difficult problem for our society to solve the problem of resources and environment and achieve sustainable development.The purpose of this article is the province of Henan.First,to analyse the current state of resources and the environment in the province of Henan,and to develop a system of indicators for the assessment and prediction of the carrying capacity of resources and the environment in the province of Henan.In this paper,grey relational projection based on the universe weighing method used to estimate the carrying capacity of resources and the environment in the province of Henan.The main factors hindering resource and environmental sustainability in Henan Province are examined using the barrier level model.Based on projections of grey,resource and environmental relational values,the carrying capacity in the province of Henan from2018 to 2022 was projected with a grey prediction model.Combined with the real resource and environmental situation in the province of Henan,this paper makes some suggestions.Through the above research,the following conclusions and policy recommendations are drawn.From 2009 to 2017,the carrying capacity of the environment and resources in the province of Henan has shown a dynamic trend of waves,mainly by maintaining the early warning state of yellow light,in recent years the carrying capacity of resources and the environment have shown a downward trend.Among them,the resource the carrying capacity in Henan province has gradually improved,while the environmental bearing capacity has gradually deteriorated.Among the characteristics of the spatial distribution,the carrying capacity of the level of resources and the environment in the province of Henan is from top to bottom: the western and south—eastern region,the central and southern region,and the northern region.Among them,resource production capacity in the north and centerof Henan province is worse than that of eastern and central Henan province.From the perspective of obstacle degree,environment is the main obstacle restricting the carrying capacity and environment of Henan Province.Among them,water environment and atmospheric environment are the main obstacles,followed by land and environment,water resources,land resources,mineral resources and other obstacles.It is estimated that the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Henan Province will continue to grow from 2018 to 2022,but it is still in a medium overload state.The predicted value of resource carrying capacity will decline,the predicted value of environmental carrying capacity will rise,and it will experience high load in 2020.We should increase investment in environmental management,attach importance to industrial pollution control measures,implement regional development strategy,adjust industrial structure,change economic model,and promote scientific and technological innovation.
